There is a heated discussion aroused among people whether education should be designed specifically to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. It is universally perceived that education should not. On balance, as my point of view, it is desirable to specifically design the education sysytem although it may be difficult to exert the action to establish the set of system to fit the requirement and intersets of every students.

How to cultivate the mischievous children in a effective way? If they are confronted with subjects they reluctant to learn, the very weapon they will use by nauty children is crying to resist the force. And there is the theory by the great philosophy is that the early education should focus on the entertainment to train the interests of children to find their potential so that lead education toward the effective and attracting approach. And also our great scientists Albert Einstein claims that "Intersts are the best teachers" From what has been cited we could figure out obviously that the importance of interests that it deserves tremendious payment on it.

College and university students nowadays are eager to get abundant of new information and research results from numerious scientists via gloable media. Owing to the mass media, students are exposed with considerable information for them to learn. Here comes the question, how to select the useful ones and extract the futile ones. Undoubtablely, education appears to play the significant role of guiding the perplexed students. College and university education should design cautiously and specifically to meet the needs and intersets of each student to step into the society in a more degage and deliberate air. As students call for caculated meditation and study on the subject which is both attracting the students and charming to the society to cater social needs and social demands. Effective designed education system is crucial to the society.

Basic education is required whether it is the interest of student or not. For example, teaching of mathmetics, which aims at assist developing the logical mind of students is indispensable. Although some may shout at it refuse to learn it subjectively, it cannot be avoid if one desires to step into the higher degree fo education as logical theory is necessity of any subject.

To summarize, education is a long and painstaking preocess that calls for deliberate design in order to cater the taste of social requirements and meet the individual needs and interests of each student so that reach the effective floor. All patience on specifically designed education is rewarding and worthy as only effective education leads to a more promising world. There is still a long way to go.
