There is a growing concern over the issue that whether being creative will be more effective in finding the best solution to a problem than palnning carefully. As far as I am concerned, in order to solve the problem by a superior method, the conbination of both of them should be taken into account.

Admittedly, being creative well present people a wholely new world, a realm that people have never imagined before,it is always a new way that can help provide a novel method to solve the preoblem. The creative method is just like a bright beem lightens the once dark way to guide the people in the darkness to proceed bravely. Only the society with the persistent creativity can it develop rapidly, without creative thinking, people tend to stay stagnant and maybe staying in the eolithic society. Creative thinking can provide fresh idea to the problem that stand on the other angle of the problem to see it. A new angle has its own idea which can make a breakthrough. It can
creat good method to solve the problem sometimes, which the existed solustions cannot exort their effort.

However, planning carefully has its own superiority as well which cannot be neglected. As a matter of fact, the process of solving the problem calls for a sequence of procedures, ranging from the cautios analysis of the problem, the reason of the problem, comprehending the background of it to the possible availabe solutions to it, and ultimately figuring out the best solution. A careful plan can provide the opportunity to analyse all the factors of the problem, taking every possible situations into consideration which will help cope with the unexpected things in an leisurely air. For example, when people are doing a great project, they are more likely to establish a serious plan before they get started. A careful plan for the project will contain as many solutions as possible for the up-coming problems, so that when confronted with the problem, it is more easy to choose the superior one.

On balance, the combination of both the creative thinking and careful plan can hammer out the best solution to the problem. With the advantage of both, the problem can be considered allroundly.

To sum up, the best way to solve a problem is not always the result of creative thinking or careful planning, the combination of them can seek for the best solution because both the advantages are applied in the process of solving problem.
