Role

We are looking for a professional, self-motivated and high-performing individual for an Analyst position. Reporting to the department’s Commercial Director, you will be responsible for conducting research initiatives and delivering Asian Sky Group’s market intelligence, consulting and publication products.

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be attentive to details. Equally important, applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in the business & general aviation industry and must be able to conduct themselves at a high level of professionalism in both telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

Research, organize, and analyze market intelligence, data and trends on the business & general aviation market for clients and industry players.
Conduct in-depth market & financial analyses, including evaluation and risk analysis models.
Engage in cold calls and technical interviews with industry experts.
Develop high-quality client deliverable which leverage analytical findings and insights into actionable recommendations.
Collect data about the industry and market conditions, and convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and written reports.
Prepare business proposals, presentations and documents to clients and management.
Support the sales and consulting team with aircraft market and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Work closely with the Marketing team for the publication of highly anticipated industry reports and magazines.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Aviation, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
1 – 3 years of relevant experience; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Passionate about the business & general aviation industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), VBA/Access/SQL is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, Cantonese & Mandarin are a plus.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to learn at a fast pace and work effectively within a small team
Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments
Well organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules
