NY Bar要求补材料，紧急求助

今天刚收到NY Bar的邮件，内容如下：

Please be advised that the Board is unable to determine your eligibility under Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals based on the documents furnished to date.    Rule 520.6 (b) (1) requires successful completion of law school study that is at least substantially equivalent in duration to that required under subdivisions (c)(1)(i) and (ii) and (d)(2) of Rule 520.3. If your official transcript does not clearly confirm that your law degree was based on classroom study that is substantially equivalent in duration to the number of credits and hours of instruction as required by Rule 520.3, then it will be necessary for you to provide a written statement from your law school confirming the credits per subject and the total number of hours of instruction time per subject successfully completed during your program of study.

Upon our receipt and review of the required documentation we will gladly advise you of your eligibility.

这个意思是我的成绩单不符合要求吗？是不是要让学校出具一份证明，所有课程都是通过classroom study完成的？有没有相应的模板的？谢谢哈！
4月30日是申请的截止日期，国内寄材料过去也要花些时间，所以比较急

我重新整理出一份法律相关课程的成绩表和相应英文版，又写了这么一份statement，大大你看可行不？
This is to certify that XX, born on XX XX XXXX was graduated from XX University in June 2014, with her four-year classroom-based legal education. She has obtained a degree in Bachelor of Law and successfully completed all of the educational requirements for application for New York Bar.
She completed 87 credit hours required for graduation from law school, including substantial instruction in substantive and procedural law and professional skills. And 67 of the 87 credit hours were earned by attendance in regularly scheduled classroom courses at the law school.

请问楼主是已经在读LLM还是准备去读？我准备去读LLM,但是完全还没准备BAR的事情……

抱歉 前两天在外面 没有及时check通知。

第一你最好提供你的成绩单与每门课的课时，让BOLE自己挑自己认为是法律的科目；

然后你最好说一下你们这里的一个学分对应的当堂总课时，比如一学期16周，一分相当于720分钟这样。因为美国的一个credit和国内的一个credit不同。因为学校不一样 我给你我们的模板意义不大

Official Transcript(s). Submit a final, official transcript directly from every law school
attended that includes the dates of attendance for each period of study, the courses taken
and  passed  for  each  period  of  study,  the  grades,  the  number  of  hours  of  classroom
attendance, the degree awarded, and the date the degree was awarded.

没想到还真卡这么严啊，我还没寄出去，看这样还是再找学校要材料吧。

没想到还真卡这么严啊，我还没寄出去，看这样还是再找学校要材料吧。

你看下我最近的一个帖子，这个事情挺随机的，今年被卡住的只是小部分。

这个卡“小时数”的事在 JD 学生身上也适用，因为 ABA 承认的　ＪＤ　学习　ｃｒｅｄｉｔ　是以每堂课每个学生参与的小时数相关。从理论上说：如果一个学生旷课太多，他她不可以拿到所有学分。但　２Ｌ、３Ｌ学生旷课的太多，教授就是睁一只眼，闭一只眼了。
