NUS PhD 13Fall入学的bond问题

刚在research scholarship页面上查到
http://www.nus.edu.sg/admissions ... cholarships-nrs.php
上面说“No bond is required. ”
但同时有一行红字“The terms for the President’s Graduate Fellowship, NUS Research Scholarship, NUS Research Studentship and Tuition Fee Allowance are being reviewed. Revised terms of the scholarships may be implemented from the July 2013 intake onwards.”
看起来今年入学的貌似不需要签bond，但明年申请的可能就难说了。

政策一直在变，1月份看的时候那网上还说要bond，这会就没了。。。

同楼上问题，不知今年秋季入学要不要bond。我很多同学因为bond的原因放弃了申请新加坡

政策是有滞后性的，13fall很多人都take offer了，还有可能再让人签bond？

bond迟早会有吧，但是现在rs越来越少了
