Your offer conditions will stay the same as the department has ask. If you do not reach the required grade the department can reconsider your application and may make an offer on your outcome.

我是argue均分的我说了他的均分太高我达不到，然后他给了我这么个回复……所以我应该怎么处理？等到学位证出来了之后再问他？
