A3 :   
         1.到大公司工作的法学毕业生的减少是否只是由于学生对大公司的选择减少了，还是这录用的过程中由于自身素质不够而导致的未被录用？这个没有明确的说明
2.the survey of first  year students is unconvincing . freshmen 他们的对未来的想法只是理想状态的，或者说是幻想，真正的价值观世界观没有形成，so不可信
3.工作满意度到底指的是什么，难道只包含benefits and incentives? 没有明确的支出
综上，statement that large firms should offer graduates more benefits and incentives ,reduce the numbers of hours 不可靠

          1.无法确证关节炎患者都是进行药物治疗的，所以不能单纯的从患者人数的increase看到制药公司能获得huge benefits
2.在the patent expired 的时候，不能说其他公司由于获得了廉价的版权而获得最高的利润，因为在B公司仍有专利所有权的时候，其他公司药价可能更高，这是B公司占有更多的市场分额，这种据面在短期3年之内很难改变,而且B公司此时可以通过降低药价和研发新药的方法继续打分额占有市场
3.最严重的患者倾向于用X公司的药，但没有支出最严重者在总患者人数中所占的比重，因此不能支持X在3年之内获利最大

          statement : 收购Foods
1.F的profits去年上涨了20% --- 不能证明它有潜力，可能因为前年存在较大的亏损，使资金总额下降，此情况下很小的profit就可以使在百分比上有一个很大的提高
2.3年的增长同样没有明确的数据证明
3.无法证明Salsa正对的群体是14-25岁 ，不适合公司的主营方向
4.Salsa在Mesa受到欢迎，这只是地域性的，不能证明在全国的其他地方同样会受到欢迎

  A13 :
           1.wood 前三本书wellsell和有第一本书改的电影的高利润不能证明他的即将出版的书而改变的游戏同样有高收益
2.节省制作的时间不能降低游戏的质量，而时间与成本在制作游戏中不成正比，成本与游戏的质量成正比。SO，这一点也不成立，毫无根据

1.course in ethics 扶正了学生个别歪曲的思想，树立了正确的人生观价值观
2.academic subjects 也是必要的，让学生们丰富了思维
3.用牺牲academic 来学习 ethics 在学生的观念为形成的时期是非常值得的，要不学了知识干坏事就不好了。e.g. 黑客，高智商犯罪
4.在观念都形成之后再有这种牺牲就是毫无意义的了
