5 t7 t* A& |# g2 x* |本人在考虑今年8、9月开始租一栋位于Oak Hill Drive附近的townhouse(可参考我朋友住的这一栋104 Oak Hill Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, USA)2 |3 }' E( u! P2 z" f* ^! ]. b
从商学院(商学院周围有图书馆、Cathedral of Learning等主要建筑)步行回家20分钟(回家爬山所以时间长),理工科教学楼片区回家15分钟以内,反向去上学就快很多。

一层客厅厨房,二层卫生间和卧室,独立洗衣机烘干机,后院有储物间,外有草坪走廊,免费停车。是个安全又安静的社区。
) _6 g8 s- E1 `# Y1 G小区配套Gym、泳池等设施,出门旁边就可以俯瞰匹兹堡夜景(全美第三的夜景哦)还有很美的日出日落' H) U- q) g2 R3 }$ D5 ^
房型为2br\3br,根据实际情况选择,价格区间大概在1400~1800之间吧,平均每人500~700元每月的样子,要是有人愿意住1楼客厅就更便宜了; ~& ]# b9 h5 V* a) z* o% c7 `: k; {, G
门口有公车,我知道的有81、83,其他的等我详细调查后更新6 g* _4 j4 B$ q
