同学我再来一句，这句话后面的“many of whom grant she has done much to advance the field”是什么意思呢？可以帮我分析一下吗？
(1) “many of whom”中的“whom”是指“predecessors”吗？
(2) grant在这里是谓语吧？那它对应的主要是？宾语是？（不可能是she对吧？）

好久没来了，做阅读的时候看到一个题干不是很明白意思，求解答：

我一开始也是这样想的，但是不是很确定，function这样子就有两个修饰成分了是吗？
