换校是不需要再交，再交只限于第一个期限过了
但是如果不幸反复交了，估计问题是不大的，只是需要好好解释一下，就说弄错了。或者联系相关机构，管理sevis fee的总体感觉问题不大

我的情况，申F1，31岁，女，未婚，大型国企工作１０年，96年曾经计算机专业专科毕业，去年是经济学夜大本科毕业，学士学位，
今年申请了美国一所普通学校的是工业工程管理方向的MASTER，（因为我本身工作是工程管理方向的），可是考试失手没想到T的成绩差一点，所以学校给的是要有一个语言条件的I-20,但同时系里给了个OFFER信: the conditional offer from the university will　have an full assistantship to support your　Master study once your conditional admission is removed.所以，the problem here is that the initial I-20 will be　from the language school。系里也给使馆出示了一份support letter.
关于资金：版主帮我看看是否足够？
语言学校要求的自己4W RMB是3个月的语言课程费用,而MASTER学校一年是2,3000美元。考虑到万一奖学金的后备，我也准备了43W，是父母和我自己的，学校要10月去语言学校，春季入学。我打算8月去上海签了。

最近一直在看寄托看你的精华帖子，和签经，可是好像我这种情况实在不多见，非常的彷徨：（，所以想到求教版主您，针对我的情况，该作什么样的准备。请一定给我点意见，谢谢！！！

其实不算复杂,要点有二
1,如果语言学校过不了,至少第一年的钱和生活费等所有花费要够. 如果实力雄厚,应该最好假设几年都过不了,这样的话资金就不会有问题. 实在不行够2年的也行.
2,着重强调自己的能力,也就是一年后肯定能够拿到奖学金的可能性几乎100% 你的钱基本是够了,够你用一年半了,但是考虑到还是有差距,最好要着重强调我说得第二点.

item7 显示的total $11500.00
但是item8 显示的tota $37500.00

我是全自费，两个上面的月份相同，这个有影响吗？有区别吗？是学校弄错了吗？l

这个的确不是我的强项,但是根据朋友办理j2的经历,我觉得主要是结婚证明什么的,可以问下学校international office. 但是由于美国是信用社会,所以其实你给他们说你要配偶过来,就够了.什么材料都不用出示(芝大等学校我肯定)

Why this university?
Suit me well.
I’m interested in the research about automotive emissions. And Professor XXX in XX U is working on this project now.
I also discussed the research program with her by email. She told me that the fundamental courses of this project are matched with my undergraduate study.
Because Professor XX works in XX U, I chose this university for my graduate study.
And also, XX U is famous for its master’s education, and has a long history. It is founded in 1891.
So I think this university will suite to study for my master degree.

Why is major? Why you change your major?
During the fundamental courses study of pharmacy, I learned a lot of knowledge about atmospheric chemistry. And I found out that this field has a strong tie with chemistry and biology, which have been my favorite courses since I was a child. Hence, I’ve developed strong interests in this field.
Also, air pollution is a big problem in China, so we need more environmental chemists than pharmacist. For me that means more opportunity.
So considering my interests and career future, I decided to study atmospheric chemistry for my graduate study.

What’s your plan? What will you do after graduation?
I’ll become a researcher in colleges and institutes after my graduation study when I return back to China.
I discussed the future of atmospheric chemistry in China with a professor in my college. He told me that the research of atmospheric chemistry is still at the beginning stage. Colleges need a lot of researcher at this field. So probably, I will find a job in Chinese university. I also could do research in research institutes or big environmental companies. I will have a shining career future.

第一个问题说得还是有点空，而且建议你不要说“因为这个教授在这个学校，所以我申请这个学校”这样得话

把希望放在这里了，求助

国内读硕士2年级，明年毕业，目前正在申请美国读博士，在陶瓷过程中，和一个教授联系上了，并且通过电话，不过他提出一个条件，先J-1签证到实验室实习，表现好的话才录取我。时间我定，费用他出（录取的话这两个月每个月给600dollars），要是不录取我，连机票都帮我除了，每个月1500 dollars。现在还没有下定决心，去吧，那个学校并不是我最想去的，要是有别的offer，很可能我放弃这个学校，那个时候我把A学校J-1签证专程B学校F-1签证应该是个很难问题；还有一个重要因素，即使最后他愿意要我，我也接受offer，能不能顺利转成F-1签证那？？

还有一个最担心的事情就是现在我答应了j－1去A校，是不是意味我自动放弃了申请其他学校的资格？不可能一会我签j－1一会又签f－1那？？因为听说一年j－1才能办完。

大概我太贪心了，现在马上要我说no，我也舍不得。
能不能这个样子，上次电话我说的是明年毕业答辩后就是6，7月的样子才能去，要是别的offer一个都没有，我就去这个学校？还有一个时间的选择是3月份－5月中旬之间去两个月。那样就看能不能J-1转成F-1，尤其是A学校转B学校这种。

虽然看了不少帖子和资料，但是我这种情况没有见到。
把希望寄托在斑竹身上了。。非常感激，急着回复那个教授，这个周三电话面试的，下个周三前回复比较合适。麻烦了。

PS，那个学校专业排名72，综合170。。

本人本科毕业后在中学教英语2年，后在外企工作一年，接着又教书一年，现得了一个在奥克拉荷马的学校的双语教育的master AD，两年，由家人资助全自费。

父母为国家干部有稳定收入，年薪一共4w左右，家有一套房子出租，一栋5层楼房子部分出租，还有间小本服装店。房产都是父母的。我学校的工资不高，除了在学校上课还做家教，不过没有证明，这样加起来每月2k左右。

我们家集中的只有COVER学校列出的一年的COSTS的存单，12w，也有其它存折，不过都是零零星星千把百来块钱的。有必要带去吗？

这样能证明我们能提供下一年的费用吗？还有更好的办法吗？俺还single,是不是硬伤？
