小弟第一篇拙作，发上来受砸，望各位大N路过顺带给点建议，感激不尽啊，感激不尽。

题目
In the complex world, people should have the ability to plan and organize.

These days, some people say that it is not important for people to get the quality of plan and organize. However, I reject this notion and firmly believe that the ability of making plan and well organize is the key to success in this modern world. There are many reasons to explain my contention.

First of all, people today are working much more than they ever have, and this trend will continue. Companies are continuously increasing people’s workload as they push worker to do much more assignment than they used to. In this situation, people should learn the ability to balance their work, which means they must enable to make plan. For example, my uncle working in a big company always has lots of work during a day and he always can complete these huge stack of work on time. When I asked him how he could fulfill these so perfectly. He responded that he have designed the solutions to the whole mission before he started. It is apparent that with the ability of planning and organizing, people will perform well in whatever job positions.

Furthermore, with the development of technology, students are asked to learn more subjects at college these days. Students bear much greater burden now than 10 years ago, which require students to make well organize plan in their school lives. Marry is one of the top students in my class and she always has the ability to finish her homework quickly and have spare time to learn other things that she is interest. We all admire her capability when she is dealing with all this assignment by using the whole planning method. Making well balanced plan will offer we students a path to be outstanding and perfect.

Finally, people’s fast paced lifestyle leave them too exhausted to do anything when they complete their jobs. With the amount of the work people have to do
increasing, people now have less time to enjoy their lives. This makes the well organized ability imperative for people to raise the level of their lives. People who are good at making well-organized plan between the working and resting
will have the greater opportunities to enjoy their life than others who do not. Therefore if we want to spend more time with our family, perform well or get promoted in the work and travel all around the world, we may take our priorities when it comes to learning how to making plan well.

In conclusion, it is obvious that acquiring the ability of making plan is a vital part in our lives since we all want to complete our mission on time, be an outstanding students in school and enjoy our life time. While other factors may be influential, making plan and organize is still the most important influence in people lives.
