Some people believe that society should try to save every plant and animal species, despite the expense to humans in effort, time, and financial well-being. Others believe that society need not make extraordinary efforts, especially at a great cost in money and jobs, to save endangered species.
Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should address both of the views presented.

Soaked in such a messy and busy modern world, our human being even do not have enough time to deal all kinds of problems emerging everyday, unstable diplomatic relations, starving Afrca people, economic inequelity and religion confrontations, countless issues are waiting to be settled down. It is understandable that some people claims that it is beyond our reach to care for the extinction of every animal or plant species, however, in my view, efforts made on the issue of the species survival and attention paid on the concern about biological diversity, is obligotory to our human being and will eventually be beneficial to our development in the long run.

Admittedly, saving a certain kind of animal or plant can be cost, no matter if it is in terms of human resource or of finance. The specis protection and biological diversity calls for stable financial support by state and even federal government, which provide sufficient money to maintain the research and keep a high-qualified group of experts and scientists; more importantly, many talented and professional specialists are needed to guarentee the effectiveness of species reservation, these specialized people , who have to devote maybe their entire life to the animal or plants protection because these kinds of jobs require long-time research and surveys, are originally about to make great contribution and create much more in other fields. For that matter, the antigonists of the species protection do have their points.

However, we are raised to be responsible for what we have done since we are even little boys or girls, it is universally acknowledged that the material progress our human being reaped, to a large extent, is exchanged at the expense of a detoriated environment. For example, the global warming , which is partly contributing to the die out of many precious animals and plants, is the result of excessive carbon dioxide emission from the sprawling factories. The exploitation of natural habitats makes no space for the animals and plants to grow and reproduce, which also leads to their sparcity, as a individual of a highly civilzed society , and as the top of the all the creatures on the earth, we shuld be fesponsible for our impacts on the other kinds of creatures' lives.
In addition, maintaining a stable biological diversity is essential to our own survival and progress, no one is a island, so do our human being as a whole. We are destined to be inextricablely interrelated with other kinds of lives on the world. Take forests as a example, we rely on its abundant and seemingly exhaustible resourse to make papers, hankerchief and furnitures, and more importantly,our ecosystem can be a mess without the forests because it can significantly absord the extra amount of carbon dioxide, which, if once surplus the amount we need, will trigger a severe phenomenon call"global warming" and ultimately threaten our own survival.

To sum, species protection can be expensible and may be even beyond the governemnt ability to afford, but it does not mean that we can ignore the severe issue and put it away from our schedule, to the contrary, species diversity is crucial to our survival and if we do not pay our attention from the next minute, we will finally find ourselves bogged in the situation just like the rare species at present sooner or later.
