20号NEWCASTLE U寄来了一封邮件：

We are pleased to have made you an offer to study MSc in Operations Management, Logistics and Accounting at Newcastle University.

It is important that you accept your offer of a place with us to ensure that you receive relevant induction information and are able to register on time.
You can accept your offer online or print and sign the attachment in your offer letter and return it to: Postgraduate Admissions. You can accept your offer even if you have not yet met all of the conditions and have not yet finalised the funding for your course.

我是14号申请的，17号它家发来了邮件说给我一个con-offer, 要求是平均分85%，雅思6.5。但我平均分只有80点多，过了两天又发来了这个邮件。。。请问这是有条件录取么？还是已经被录了。。。还有它家要我交1500镑订金，DEADLINE是什么时候也没说，发了邮件过去问小米也没回复。。。请教各位啊，如果是这是CON-offer, 还CON我85%的话，我就不考虑它家了。。。自己DIY的，求助求助啊。。。
