1月2日 101218NA Doyou agree or disagree with the following statement? Two persons cannot befriends if one is richer than the other.

There is no doubt that people prefer to company offriends. Strange as it seem, nowadays a lot of people say they feeluncomfortable when he/she has a richer friend so they often don’t accept thericher friend. I totally disagree with that. As far as I concerned, two personscan be friends even though one is richer.

First of all, whatever rich or poor, people need helpin their daily. When we are in trouble, a friend can give us a push. Forexample, when student learn a subject extremely complicated, they need help andadvice by other people.
When I wasfreshmen in college, I chose the Computer Programming Language course. Thiscourse is so puzzling for me because of lacking programming experience. I couldnot make any process in my project. Fortunately, Sam, a rich student, who isvery enthusiastic, equipped me with some insightful view over the whole subjectand much rewarding experience in overcoming difficulties of the project. Finally,Sam and I became good friends.

In addition, your friend richer than you is not veryimportant. People want to have a friend in friendship because spending timewith friends is stimulating and provides a mental break from ones dailyroutine. I have seen wonderful places and things that could make me incrediblyhappy. However, the true happiness came only at that time when I could share myexperiences with my friends. We can take part in all kinds of after-schoolactivities such as playing volleyball, swimming or climbing. Furthermore, goingto a concert, to a movie or enjoying a party, it is inconceivable not to gowith a friend.

On the other hand, we cannot deny that sometimespeople feel embarrass if their friends are very wealthy. Nonetheless, it is away must be passed to friendship. Accepting the unequal wealth, for notforgetting the great friendship, we can own the friend whose value is trulyabove the price of rubies.

To sum up, although there will be setback anddifficulty when we have a richer friend, I strongly believe that friendship ismore important than wealth. As the saying goes, a friend in need is a friendindeed. Life is so wonderful because the friend around you.

Where is the best place to take careour family, the countryside or the big city? The answer to this question differsfrom individual to individual. Some may choose the big city, while others likethe natural and quiet surroundings in the countryside. As far as I concerned, Iwould live to take care our family in a big city because living in a big cityhas more advantages than living in the countryside.

To begin with, the city is thesymbol of human civilization and there are a variety of facilities for living,recreation and health care. Therefore, living there is more convenient thanlive in the countryside. For example, we can find a plenty of malls around ourneighborhood, where we can buy everyday necessities at a low price.Furthermore, people concern more about their health and safety than otherthings in their lives. In big cities, medical facilities and emergency serviceare easily accessible than in the countryside. Big cities also have convenienttransportation and utility systems. They also offer faster Internetconnections. These all make people easier to take care their family in big city.

In addition, big city is an idealplace for children to grow up. For one thing, living in the city can broadenchildren's horizons. They can meet a lot of people and hear a lot of thingsthat will never happen in the country. For another, children can develop manyhobbies in the city. They can learn to play the piano, painting, and dancing,to name a few, which are impossible in the country. Last but not least, a citymeans more chance to receive better education. In most countries, it is nodoubt that the level of education in the city is higher than that of thecountry. As a result, children can meet better teachers and receive highquality of education in the city.

On the other hand, we cannot denythat the pollution in cities makes people sick. However, with automobiles andmodern highways we can easily take a break to expose to fresh air in thecountryside and sunshine on the beach.

To sum up, I believe that it is better for people to takecare of their family in the city not only because of the advanced facilitiesand social activities in cities, but also because their children can receivebetter education and have a chance to develop many hobbies there.

As far as I concerned, I disagree that spending moneyon traveling is better that save money for future.

First of all, people should save enough money foreducation such as studying abroad. Every year, those who have been study abroadin western countries need spend approximately 20,000 US$ for tuition fees. Butwe have a number of advantages of studying abroad. For one thing, the modern worldneeds people to have comprehensive knowledge and experiences. Most of westernuniversities, equipped with best facilities and well-educated professionalteam, can help students to easy access to the lastest knowledge of thissociety. For another, living abroad for years, we may experience a totallydifferent life in contacting with people from different culture backgrounds.Therefore, we will have a chance to establish our individual networks that willpromote our business in the future.

Furthermore, money is the most powerful possessionin one's lifetime so we should spend our money in more critical area. No oneknows what tomorrow will bring, the only thing we can do is to try to beprepared. When disaster strikes, perhaps a sudden illness in the family, havingmoney on hand can mean the difference between life and death. Also, with money,people can do a lot of meaningful things to benefit others, such as donationsto poor people.

On the other hand, we cannot deny that in the modernsociety that the dominant philosophy nowadays is 'enjoy your life when you arestill young'. Most young adults like to work for a period of time and then goon for a trip to visit some places they never been to. Those trips not onlyhelp them keep in shape but also provide them different kinds of knowledge andnew perspective in looking t their environment. However, people usually don'thave enough money to spend for entertainment and leisure. Therefore, most ofpeople do need to save money for future.

To sum up, if you want to go study abroad, if youwant to take effective medicines when you get sick, if you want to donate somemoney to the poor, you should save money. Taking into account all these factors,spending money is better than spending money on vacation.

To sum up, if you want to go study abroad, if you want to take effective medicines when you get sick, if you want to donate some money to the poor, you should save money. Taking into account all these factors, spending money is better than spending money on vacation.
