两年前的T，作文裸上写了个渣20，现在两年过去了，感觉比那次还差啊，求大神指点，大致说下改进思路也可以啊

1，题目：成功需要知识多点，还是创意多点？

　　
Nowadays with the population developing rapidly and the society becoming more competitive, there is little possibility for a person to succeed by chance. A successful person should bear many excellent qualities, and this is where controversy arises. Some believe knowledge gained through study is the most essential quality. Meanwhile, those who strongly disagree with it cite that it is the ability to be creative that makes people successful. From my own perspective, the former one is more favorable.

To begin with, latest research shows that people who receive more advanced education are more inclined to succeed in life. Those famous companies, which are regarded as symbols of success, usually have strict standard concerning degrees. Take my current employer Baidu for example, when recruiting undergraduates as staff or intern, those students who are not graduated from key universities in China will not be selected to the next round. In the current education system, the entrance examination is still the most important factor to evaluate students' ability. At the same time, the more knowledge people gained through study, the more possibility they can perform well in the entrance examination. Thus, in conclusion, knowledge can help a person to pursue a higher degree which is a main prerequisite for success.

Furthermore, knowledge can also help people improve their practical abilities. As modern society develops, more and more people receive high level education.  Practical abilities thus play a essential role in making people more outstanding. Every year there are numerous students graduated from Harvard, but why can only Zackberg create Facebook? As far as I am concerned, it is his fantastic coding skills, as well as his keen smelling of the market, that result in his success. Zackberg had ignited a intense interest in computer science since he was in high school, he obtained most of his program knowledge from books. Based on the knowledge and his hard practice, zackberg gradually improved his coding skills and finally created the famous Facebook.

Even though I admit that knowledge gained through study is more important than the ability to be creative, there is no doubt that creativity is also an indispensable quality for people's success. Specifically in the realm of art, when artists only have the abundant knowledge and proficient skills, they can do nothing but mimic the old famous works. Only equipped with originality can they build up their own styles and create more pioneering works.

In conclusion, there are so many ways for a person to succeed in life, but whatever the way looks like, knowledge is always the premise. Meanwhile concerning some certain areas, people should also be creative.

2，大学应该给学生安排就业指导？

As modern society becomes competitive, students tend to carry more burden in finding good jobs. As the last stop before students enter society, universities or colleges play an important role in helping students accomplishing that transition. From my perspective, I believe that offering students a better job preparation is reasonable and indispensable.

First of all, a better job preparation can help students getting good jobs more easily. Usually when companies are recruiting new staff, they will conduct several rounds of interviews. During these interviews, students will be evaluated comprehensively. On one hand, a better job preparation  may improve students' abilities from various directions. hypothetically if the job preparation includes mock group interviews, students will have an opportunity to develop their communication skills. In addition, professional skills are also taken into account. For example, to enter a software company, the programming skill will be the key attribute which students should practice. If a job preparation could add some coding contests or software design competitions, students will improve their programming skills tremendously by joining them. On the other hand, a better job preparation can also remove students fear towards society. Not everyone can stay calm when facing an unknown world To help those anxious students, universities can provide them with a brief scan and some fundamental rules of the society we live in.

Furthermore, a better job preparation may also benefit universities with a better reputation. With the aid from a better job preparation, students will be more likely to find good jobs, as well as more adaptive to companies. Comparing to those who do not have this job preparation, students will have more chance to be promoted. This in turn will make universities more famous among  companies since they import more professional students to society. With this high reputation, there is no doubt that universities can earn more talented students. Under this circle, universities and students will finally turn into a win-win state.

Even though a better job preparation do actually benefit both universities and students, there is no need to force every student to join that preparation. For those who are willing to set their goal to be  theoretical scientists or researchers, more academic knowledge should be given to them instead. In conclusion, a good university should have a better job preparation. Not only because it will provide the students, who is job-oriented, with sufficient skills to get jobs, but also it will help the university to become better.
