Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

------摘要------
1 总起教育不但要满足个人需要和兴趣，还要考虑社会因素
2 教育要满足社会发展的需要
3 个人兴趣有利于提高学习效率
4 教育应该在个人和社会之间寻找平衡点
5 结尾教育要有效率就必须在个人和社会之间寻求平衡点

When education is specially designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, will it be truly effective? It is hard to say that is right. The aim of education is not only for the people's own interests, but also for the needs of the society. To make education to be truly more effective, it is not enough to meet the interests and needs of individual, the social conditions is also need to be considered.

Education should cater to the need of social progress. If in our society, a lot of people interest in physics, but there is immense shortage in architect, this is the problem that the interests and needs of individual is not always the same as the needs of our social progress. If it happens, that will be a lot of students can not find a job, in one hand, because there are huge number of students in one field where enough jobs for them is not available, in another hand, the manager of architecture will worry about the shortage of architects, that will cause destruction of the balance of our society. That is the result of meeting individual's needs and interests but not caring about the needs of social progress.

Of course, people own interests are important to the efficiency of the one's study. A good teacher of mine said, “The interests are the best teacher of students." So he pay much attention to arouse the interests of his students in the subject which he teach. And students like take his lessens, there always are laughter in his class. His class's average scores of the subject are usually at the top of school.

In my childhood, my mother told me," The purpose of education, is not only for the interests and needs of individual and his family, but also for the advancements of your country and the people." Today, this saying can be though as that education needs consider both person's interests and the needs of social progress. A balance between the two should be found to solve the contradiction. The education need to search a path which will lead to a harmonious place where people could study their favorites and later they also make their efforts for the needs of social progress.

Finally, the conclusion can be drawn as that the individual's interests and needs are the power of one to study, and the needs of social progress is where what students study could be used. To make the education truly effective need to get a compromise of the two.

Education should cater to the need of social progress. 每个分论点的开头最好加一个连接词！比如这一段：On the one hand,If in our society这样表达不太好！时间短语放最前面或者最后面, a lot of people interest in physics, If a lot of people in our society interest in physics /[color],butwhile更好些！ there is immense shortage in architects, this is Then there comes outthe problem that the interests and needs of individual is not always the same as contradict withthe needs of our social progress. Of course, 用个连接词吧！On the other hand,people own interests are important to the efficiency of the one's study. 两个谓语看见没？修改为personal interest isA good teacher of mineonce said注明你是引用过来的！(and I paraphrase), “The interests are the best teacher of students." SoAnd as a result he pay much attention to arouse the interests of his students in the subject which he teach. And students like take his lessens, there always are laughter意思不当！有歧义！换掉！ in his class. His class's average scores of the subject are usually at the top of school. 同样的毛病！非常Chinilish!
