issue17"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

17．有两种法律：公平的和不公平的。社会中的每个人都应该遵守公平的法律，更重要的是，不遵守或者违抗不公平的法律。

1法律在生活中扮演重要的角色,无规矩不成方圆,法律确保社会的正常运行
2法律由于部分人制定的所以必然会存在漏洞和不公,我们需要抵制不公平的法律
3区分公正于不公有时是是很难的，要考虑多方因素.

this issue shows us an attitude toward laws. (The speaker suggests taking different attitude toward just and unjust laws.)after considering it carefully ,I should say ,it's an proper (way)for us to follow

in our daily life, it's the law acting an important role in guarantee it striving and keeping going on smoothly . as our human being was not burn with the
already setted(settled) law in mind, thus , everyone is free from limitation if no law was structed(constitute) .the old said: "nothing can be done without a rule "this point out that , in order to reach any achievement ,we should set constitute laws, thus , we can(省略) using it to control people's behavior. so it's a responsibility for every individuals in a society to obey it. without obeying the traffic rule , our city will bog in everlasting traffic jams or terrible accidents. people
will never dare to do business if no laws was created or nobody ever obey the law. so this illustrate the importance of laws , and it indicate that ,we all shouldobey to it not only because of other people's right but also for our own life can go on.(on our own behalf.)

meanwhile, we should notice that the law isn’t in a unmove (unshakable)position(status) , it's always created by some people ,thus ,it sometime represents those interest groups’  benefit .however, being created by this way ,the laws will surely have some loopholes, or even some unjustment(inequity)  in it which we should not only disobey but also fight to change it.
without these kind of fight , our history will hardly go on .it's clearly showed in the slavery period that there are absolutely unjust phenomenons between people due to the law's arrangement, we may expect ourselves still being a slave if not for those people who fight for their freedom, and then ,establish  the democratic society. at the same time , the black people will never forget their
leader king who refuse to submit to the unjust laws set for them and guided them to resist it. thanks to king that today the right of receiving  education is no longer the privilege of white man, and black people get chance to survive , enjoying more achievement than ever. the super star machiel jordan was a vivid example to prove this. showing the black man can also get the respect from the world.

while use the rule:" obey the just laws and disobey the unjust one" guiding our activity, we should notice the difficulty of separate the just ones from the others .sometime , it seems just for some one while unjust for others. Troubles will follow behind if not being examined carefully .take the international transport(trade) for example. most country often use the import tax to protect one country's(their) own industry, while doing this it is aperantly(apparently/ostensibly) just for those industry, however, it's unjust for the those country who export their  commodities (merchandises) .so balancing everyone's benefit should be considered by the law maker, and people who obey or disobey it.

in sum up, we should treat differently toward the just and unjust law, which should be carefully separated (distinguish) it by taking more elements into consider. only by doing this can our
human society developing in a healthy path .
