152. "The only responsibility of corporate executives, provided they stay within the law, is to make as much money as possible for their companies."

In my opinion, the corporate executives which determine the future of the company are the spirit of the team, because they always have several paramount affairs to handle the company. Firstly, they have to make money as much as possible for their companies with in the law. Secondly, they should be responsible for not only the company, but also the society.

To begin with, there is no doubt that corporate executives should try their best to make much more money as they could within the law. As we know, the object of founding company is to earn money. Successful corporate executives always plan to enlarge their company and enhance the profit. According to the history of the wonderful company we could find that higher profit would contribute to both society and corporation. While the more the money they earn, the more taxes they should pay to the government and society. But we should notice that obeying the law should be higher priority than earning money. If the companies just concentrate on making profits and do not care the law, I think the society must be uncontrollable.

However, companies should realize that they should be responsible for the society. Like the individual has both right and obligation, the companies ought to feed back to the society after success. As long as the society developed, we have to face many difficulty and problems such as destitution and disaster. Depending on the merely effort of government is far away from improving the society. I think the involvement of companies could make significant contribution to the society. Consider, for example, Bill Gates, the leader of the most famous software corporation in the world, believes that the great company should help the society to improve the quality of people's life. In order to strengthen the personal computer skills of the Indian children, Microsoft provides 600 thousands operate systems to the Indian high school for free. So companies should participate in the development of society due to the huge need.

Furthermore, we could find that the companies, who take the responsibility for the society, are more likely to grow better, because they could benefit a lot from the interaction between the companies of the society. For instance, several companies such as IBM and HP like to support the students who could not afford the tuition to enroll in the universities by creating scholarships. Due a great part to the help by the companies, many excellent students are willing to join in the company which provided scholarships for them after graduation. That would make great effort for the company.

In conclusion, without the involvement of the companies, the development of the society would be slow down even back off. Thus, I believe that the corporate executives have the responsibilities to earn much more money as they could with in the law and feed back to the society in several realms such as education and welfare.

In my opinion, the corporate executives which determine the future of the company are the spirit of the team, because they always have several paramount affairs to handle the company. （since they are entitled to handle almost all the paramount affairs of the corporation ）Firstly, they have to make money as much as possible for their companies with in the law. Secondly, they should be responsible for not only the company, but also the society. (这句话和上句话就有点脱了，这样说要好一些：所以为他们的公司设想，为他们的公诉赚钱是义务，可是除此之外，他们同样担负着社会的责任)

这篇文章我觉得没有说清道理，首先写之前是不是楼主页没有想清楚executive除了赚钱外还应该做些什么，不过可能是我没有理解你的意思所以觉得没有说服力，anyway,可以在讨论，最近你在上新东方吧，很忙，我也是，每天下了课啥都不想干了，没办法，一起加油啦，撑过作文，希望后面能好过一点:handshake
