The speaker claims that the way children are socialized determines the destiny of society, what’s more, he or she also believes that people have not yet known how to raise children that can help bring a better society.

I totally agree the author’s first assertion that the socialization of children is a very important factor for the destiny of society. Socialization, defined as converting and meeting the society’s needs, make the society’s members work as the effective parts of it.（cooperation is one significant character of socialization 我觉得加这句上下文连接更好） Modern development of society has made the cooperation spear to every corner of our daily lives such as industry, academic fields, service and so on, which not only provide（+s） the people living in society with what they need but also supported by others’ products.(这句话我觉得有毛病，想表达什么意思) As society is a huge constitution combined by countless individuals and groups who need to cooperate with each other, it can be no doubt that the failure of socialization of children would cause chaos to the society, at best. Take the architecture design for example, when a building is being designed, there are many parts of it should be taken care of, such as the structure design , water-supply system design, air-conditioning system design and so forth. During this designing progress, all the architects have to cooperate with others, but not eagerly to show their individualities, or else the outcome would be unreasonable or even unfeasible. It is true that there are many great people who are not socialized in their early lives while finally become the most important ones to the society such as Roosevelt, Edison and many others with their strong competences, but this does support the speakers’ claim that if all children are properly socialized they will surely do great benefits to society while there is much less possibility to do so on the contrary. （开头是支持作者前半句的观点，孩子的社会化程度对社会命运有重要影星，后面举的特殊的例子不能支持前面观点，就是说特例虽然存在但并不抵触作者观点，因为让所有孩子都社会化是不可能的，所以这里并不是support而是does not contradict）

When it comes to the next assertion, I fundamentally disagree with that we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society. Admittedly, we have no idea what exactly should be done if we want to raise the children to build a better society. However, in the case that we cannot even draw a clear picture of the perfected society in the future how can we train our kids in a certain method? All we have known are some individual elements of the good society such as democracy, open-minded sentiment, justice and so forth, and we cannot know how should we combine them effectively nor will all the principles remain the same meaning in the future. What’s more, the socialization is not like other courses in which children can be ordered to follow some methods to improve themselves such as writing down the main principles and exercising more after class or checking for the relevant information in the library. Only if the child do their best to deal with the problems encountered when they try to take part in the social activities can they learn better in socialization course while all the parents should do is just giving some advice to direct them in the right way. （从怎样很好的教育孩子一下子到了社会化很突兀，会教育孩子就是会指导孩子社会化吗？应该有过度）Further, I think the guidance is exact what the parents should do to raise the children. If we tell the children what exactly should do while what should not be done and you everyone should follow the unique “best” way to build the society, then the world would lose its diversification which would bring a tragedy not only to the society but also to the humanity. (首先这段在谈人们还不会教育孩子，你的观点是不同意，那下面就该证明人们会教育孩子，开始让步说人们连什么样的社会蓝图都不清楚，所以教育孩子也只是从一些基本元素，像民主---开始，接下来由说社会化的问题，这些并没有证明人们会教育孩子成为有利于社会的人，而相反却证明了人们真的不会教育孩子，另外，最后说完全相同的社会化会阻碍多样性，但这好像应该放在第一个观点里去)

In conclusion, how children are socialized is really very important to the society. It is a painstaking for the children to grow socialized, however, the children themselves should be the main force to cover this task while the parents should do their best to direct them, which is also the only thing them can do.（有点绝对了，最好改个词吧）
