181 "The way students and scholars interpret the materials they work with in their academic fields is more a matter of personality than of training. Different interpretations come about when people with different personalities look at exactly the same objects, facts, data, or events and see different things."
The speaker assert that the way students and scholar interpret the materials they work with in their academic field is more a matter of personality than of training . Certainly, it is very variety comprehension of different individual that bring out brilliant civilization of the science. Ignoring the different between people will misunderstand the inevitability of contrast stemed from interpreting the same objects. However, the Truth cannot be change, and never be understand by two ways. On balance, I fundmentally agree with the assertion.
I Turn my first chief point of contention with the statement .There has three respects involved germ of the different. Firstly , personality , which is the primary reason,
lead the different. As we know , the growing experience essentially influent personality ,even determine , including their education , familial economy , friends , and so forth- those figure them to be a pessimist or a optimist . Their angle is totally disparate to a same thing we can learn from a bagatelle, reflecting to an half glass of water that pessimist will sad for only half remain , on the contrary , optimist will delighte for the half he possess.
Secondly , the limit of the speciality frequently circumscribe the mind , arising the differents around the scholars. They consider the question in their range of study invariably ,so that, unlike reasons come into their head at first time when something appear. For instance, if a man fall from the buiding, artist may sigh to his sorriness, even to the social’s unjust making many people would abandon their life rather than persevere in living, while a physicist may only consider about the falling body and calculate the acceleration.
Admittedly ,there will still have differents among the scientists and student even if they are in the same field. That is caused by the extent of the scientist’s ability of observation , comprehension of matters around us , and the ken of knowledge they own. The authority mostly see the profound parts than students or the mass.
I turn next to my point of tiny disagreement with the allegation , Invloved the eternal truth and elementary knowledge. No matter how different opinions among the students and scholar , they cannot deny truth. Nobody will doubt recognized truth unless who try to please the public with flubdub or show his foolish . In the meantime, fundmental knowledge, such us Maths and physics, is always the consequence of calculation from the formula , that won't generate the various results.
What's more ,I contend we should remain these different rather than train for transmitting the distinctive ideas to ignite new creative reflection ,or for preventing academican's mind from bondage and standard by what trainning bring out.
In sum , the dissimilarities of interpreting the same phenomenon is necessary without amazed ,caused by characters, background , speciality , knowledge ken. And it is the very origination of new idea even untouched knowledge realm to a certain extent .Therefore, we need use advantage of the different logically to develop our science, to explore more uncharted realm, to recognize undetermined truth.
