一直在练作文，可是还是觉得千篇一律的，没有什么进步，句子怎么看还的觉得那么的平淡，不知道如何是好想提高下作文的质量，请高人知道一下，有什么方法吗？谢谢！

下面贴一篇总结限时写的一篇烂作，请大家给于指点
109. When people move to another country, some of them decide to follow the customs of the new country. Others prefer to keep their own customs. Compare these two choices. Which one do you prefer? Support your answer with specific details.
With the development of the transportation, it is convenient for us to travel all over the world, and then, tour becomes one the most popular activities for people to relax themselves. When people move to another country, some of them decide to follow the customs of the new country; however, others prefer to keep their own customs. When it comes to me, I am inclined to follow the local custom. In the following, I will demonstrate my view point in three aspects.
To begin with, acting as the local people avoids you a lot of trouble. Because of distinctness of culture, religion, civilization, the way people deal with the same things is different. For example, the wedding in the western is held in the church, but in the eastern it is held in people's home. What more is that the way people choose to celebrate wedding is also various in different region. So, maybe what preferred in your country is unacceptable in another culture. If you do not want to be troubled by misunderstand by the local residents, you would better to learn their culture first and follow it.
Second, it is easier for you to communicate with the local people and making friends with them when performing as them. It is easier for human beings to accept others, whose behaviors are the same as themselves. This kind of theory is also reasonable and logical in the animal sphere. It is a psychological theory that people would feel safer when they stay in an environment where individuals around act the same like them. Behaving the same as the native offers you more opportunities to contact with them and makes your life there more colorful. Therefore, it makes your life abroad more fruitful, unless you just want to live in your own world.
Last but not least, it shows your respect. If you life in another country just behaving as whatever as you want to, it indicates that you do not respect their nation, their culture, their religions and so forth to the local people. It is not a good maneuver. If you want to gain respect, you need to respect others.
To sum up, acting as the local residents prevents you a lot of trouble and win you a lot of fortune. Given all the evidences above, which sometimes interweave into an integrated whole and become more cogent, we may safely arrive at what I support.

句子平淡其实没什么吧，T的要求也不高，只要把话说清楚了就行。
如果真的想提高句子水平的话，我看最好的办法就是大量阅读摘抄，至少要达到10-15本书这样的阅读量，同时把里面的好句子有意识的用，才有可能有明显进步，所谓天下文章一大抄就是这个意思。
中国人和外国人写作差距最大的地方就是他们比我们多读了几百本书。
