114) Any leader who is quickly and easily influenced by shifts in popular opinion will accomplish little.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.

原题：114) Any leader who is quickly and easily influenced by shifts in popular opinion will accomplish little.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.

我的思路：同意statement。1，popular opinion不一定是权益之计，有时候更可能是错误的，举例地心说；2，leaders具有专业素质和学识，丰富的经验和资源，以及可以做到个人情感detatchment的职业操守；3，民众的利益诉求千差万别，每个人都有不懂的idea，所以个体参与政治也是不现实的。

114应该是
