观点:强烈赞同,但有所保留
提纲:1。student-oriented education meet the need of each student is needed
      2. student-oriented education meet the interest of each student is needed
      3。但是我们应该考虑到教育资源问题以及对学生要求及兴趣的正确引导
Around one hundred years have passed since the advent of the common-school movement. And the "crusade against ignorance" proposed by Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, seems move to a higher step---how can education be truly effective? Student-oriented education specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, I strongly advocate and will discuss below, the most effective way it is.

Before we canvass the argument, please firstly look at handicapped children, isn't special train definitely necessary to them? And listen to religious people; can't we be more careful in designing teaching program for them? Then think about youth who once affront the law, shouldn't some moral supervise be taken? As Confucius, a prominent Chinese educator, said “Teach students in accordance their aptitude". Nowadays more and more evidence prove teacher-oriented education often and often works counterproductively, and student-oriented education is what we need. Trends in our society, in most of the time, mirror what is the right thing. Thus the positive effect when specifically designed instruction meet students need is proved indirectly by the increasing number of the private schools and charter schools, which have much more freedom than public schools. There, students can be better educated due to the complexity of the curriculums and the possibility of meeting their needs better.

It is the commonsense “interest is the best teacher", thus one can never ignore the great power by appealing students' interest. We all have such experience that one can handle work or study much better or even enjoyable when it cater to its interest. Scientists drew by unveil the true of the nature, artist obsessed by limning their feeling; they do all these tireless because of interest. Same effect will have only we make students interest in what they learning. Not simply it makes you comfortable but also necessity it is since everybody has to use limit time and energy against unlimited knowledge and questions. Once when we design courses guided by the interest of each student, the most effective education we may have.
  
Nevertheless what we are facing is the finitely educational source and time make it is impossible to design totally specifically education to solo student similar to the new concept of individual genome map, make it possible to foresee what kinds of diseases you may have, in medicine field. At this point some same compulsory courses can not be absent in the long way of the education, such as literature, math, history, moral development education, especially in elementary school and secondary school. Fundament they are for the further study, and a way to save educational source properly. Meanwhile interest can also be galvanized by well designed classes, and winking at students' unreasonable desires would only result in chaos in education.

In conclude, specifically designed student-orient education satisfy the each student's need and interest is the very way we are ferreting to truly improve our effect. Yet concerning about reality condition and source, careful conduct and compulsory classes are also necessary and meaningful.

呵呵,感觉你想说的意思都表达的不是很清楚,不一定要追求长的难的句子,只要把你自己想说的东西说清楚就好了,还有如果把握不好句子的表达就不要一味的论证,可以举点例子,用用数字的方法论证一下,最重要的是注意单三和简单的语法,这个方面出问题尤其是单三考官貌似会比较严格!!
P的有点狠了,虽然自己也写的不好,但是最近看了一些好的文章,也就照自己的想法P了一下
