题目：ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Effective education should be in balance between two aspects. One is effective education should meet society needs firstly. The other is effective education should meet individual needs and interests of students.

On one hand, there is a compelling argument about effective education. Our society needs effective education to grow up students who can create benefits, such as economic, public health, and so forth, to society. For example, every country needs teachers to educate their children, who can create happy tomorrow for country, and also needs doctors, who can prevent public health for citizens and so on. Those needs enforce schools to teach students how to teacher little students well, how to cure patients as soon as possible and so on. Only when society needs are met, education can be effective to society, and then to every individual. Because than every individual is one of society, who can create benefits to society, who can win rewards from another persons who also live in society. No one can image that if an education of a student, which is not fit to society, the student may be feel fail and given up by society. And then how can this education make the student happy and self-content?

On the other hand, effective education has two convincing arguments. First, if education can meet individual needs and interests, this education can encourage individuals to study hard and research further. Becauseneeds and interests are best teachers for students. For example, Van Golh was one of best drawers in the world, because he would study by drawing, which was his hope, from another teachers and persons. This instance can show students unusually needs and interests can lead them clam high path in their research, and then, may be they will become specialists. Common sense tells that this assumption is can not impossible.

Second, emphasizing that special education can create specialists. Not every person should sing or writing, the society only needs someone who can sing to another, and others who can write something and so on. The different need make different student to find different job. And then society, which is full with varies jobs, can run. No one can image than if our society lacks someone who can teach students, cure patients, or clear lands, the world can become what? The answer tells that if this special result lost, our society can also loss its varying and beautiful meaning.

So the effective education should not only meet society needs, which can be fit for whole situation, but also meet students needs, which can create specialists.
