Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Team members are the foundation of a business entity. Without all the talented and industrious workers, a business entity would never grow up and flourish.
As for me, business should hire its employees for their entire lives for the following reasons.

There is no reason in my mind more significant than hiring employees for their lives benefits much to cultivate the business' culture and tradition. Every company has its own business culture and tradition, which is the mental symbol of the entity’s spirit. Hiring workers for their lives does good to not only cultivate it, but to deserve and develop it. A case in point is that a worker who are employed by a business entity whose culture and traditions values cooperation. The worker can manage to learn how to cooperate from his/her colleagues, then s/he gets to know and practice to be cooperative in his/her life-time work. Thus, in this way alike, the business culture and tradition of cooperation are be observed by the life-time worker as long as possible.

Another reason for my propensity is that it motivates employees to be faithful and
diligent. The life-time offer is such a guarantee that means steady salaries and welfares for workers. These martial merits are essential to promote employees to be faithful and to work hard in order to keep this offer, especially in today's grim situation of economy crisis. Only to be faithful and diligent will the workers be immune from the waves of being fired.

Although I prefer to hire employees for their lives, what I have to admit is that there is still some minor drawbacks include a lack of fresh atmosphere. For instance, the employees may have worked with the same colleagues for several years; they may feel tedious about this.

From what is discussed above, there still some weakens does the idea that hire a worker for his/her life time have; nevertheless, its advantages far outweigh its disadvantages. Employees are the vital ingredient to flourish the entity. If business hire employees for their lives, it dose help a lot both develop the tradition of a business and encourage workers to be faithful and diligent. Moreover, it universal- accepted that there is nothing more significant than profits and prosperity for a business. It is advancing business culture and the its workers' loyalty and industry that make business be prosperous.
