1.世界是一个整体，学科的分类是人类社会的产物.
2.社会需要全面发展的人。
例子： 建筑师, 专业要求高,良好的沟通能力,经济学知识与业主协调
       软件工程师, 编程技术  创新，艺术细胞
3.少有人很明确的知道自己适合这个专业. 学习其他专业的课程有助于学生发现自己的兴趣.

反:
1.一个人的时间精力毕竟有限.过多的涉猎可能导致学习压力过大,降低了积极性.
2.不能合理安排时间可能导致本专业没有学精,其他专业也没能学好.
3.大学一个重要的特征是包容性。很多天才都有严重的偏科现象,比如钱钟书
合:
在本科阶段,尤其是大学的前一两年,大学应该鼓励学生尝试不同的感兴趣的课程.而在研究生阶段,学生应当把重点放在自己所研究的领域,适当的涉猎自己有兴趣的东西.

为了得到表扬而学习,动力小,也没有主见
不利于发散思维,自我满足(回答问题)

批评的坏处:打击积极性
恰当的批评:
及时纠正错误行为
锻炼抗压能力,为踏入社会准备

总结:灵活处理,批评对事不对人,最后加上鼓励.表扬因人而异..批评与赞扬共存

1.更加了解孩子的学习环境,学习方式,从而更好的在学校之外帮助孩子,也有共同的话题
2.很多家长不懂得与孩子交流,这个给他们提供了一个平台,也是他们学习怎样教育子女.减少代沟,多一份了解
3.对学校来说是一种压力,监督,但也能使学校和家长齐心努力
4.家长中蕴藏着丰富的教育资源,社会资源

弊端:
1.没时间
2.另一个极端:过多干涉,意见不同

总结:学校应当鼓励家长多多参与.同时使家长明白,学校和家长始终是站在同一边的,要一齐努力.

正:

反:
1.定义法:成功如何定义:内心的满足?取得成就? 功利心可能一事无成.齐白石:"Just paint my paintings"
2.教育机构可能错误判断
合：
   教育机构应当鼓励学生去追随自己内心的想法，但在鼓励的同时也要为学生提供一些中肯的意见。应当让学生们知道：要去大胆追随自己的想法，但大胆并不是鲁莽，在做每一次选择的时候都要慎重的思考，为自己的选择负责。

正面:
1.教师的职责---传授知识,评价的一个标准就是学生的收获.尽管学习是自己的事情,但是一个好的老师可以激发学生的学习热情,即使可能她本身并不优秀(例子:自己+物理+英语)
2.这样做可以激发老师们的教学热情,学习热情,起到督促的作用
3.吸引,留住和激励高质量的教师.
反面:
1.如何去定义学生的表现:分数或者其他.
2.不公平现象:生源的质量..(穷人区,富人区)
3.如果以分数为主会出现一个极端:为了分数,压迫学生成为学习的机器,忽略了音体美...
4.另一个极端,恶性竞争(舞弊,教师之间的竞争,),不利于合作

总结:
建立合适的评价机制:除了学生的表现以外,还有教师的专业技能,课堂评估等等

正:
一定程度上减少地域的不平等性.
防止教育不平衡的现象.例子:为了升学率而放弃其他课程.   
便于国家的管理.

建议的实施有一定的困难:每个地区的水平不同,同样的要求,对于一些比较困难的地区难以实现,比如教学资源的缺失,老师的缺失.
可能会使学校失去特色.比如对于少数民族.
学生可能会对某些学科缺少兴趣.
