1 技术不能prevent灾难的爆发，但是可以减少decrease 他们的概率吧（还是predict）我不记得了,

2很严厉的家长，chatise小孩当他们做错了，但是不表扬，当他们做对了

3政客没有enduring朋友，就是世态炎凉的意思，好像是下台了他们的友谊就断了。上台就有友谊吧
