Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators.

As the development of the science and technology, the education takes an even greater role in cultivaing the students. Therefore, issues on how to nuture the students are enthusiastically debated. Some people consider that the educators have the capacity to impart enough knowledge and technology. As far as I am concerned, if the education is to be truely effective, both the parents and the community should also take part in educating the stduents even if the educators can provide adequate knowledge and technology to the students, as discussed below.

To begin with, I conced that the educators play an indispensiable role in cultivate the students. Firstly, the teachers can impart a variety of fundamental and advanced knowledge such as the matematics, physics, pholosophy, chemstry, history and so on. For supporting example, one needs to look no further than the classroom, and he or she will see the important role played by the teachers. The foreign language teacher have the skill and capacity to teach how to pronunce and correct the mistakes by the students.In addition, the professor in the colleges and univeristies have the ability to impart the pragmatic technology and advanced knowledge to students. By providing bioinformatics to students, the students can make use of them in order to development relative theory and make every effort to make improvement on such field. For example, with the knowledge of DNA sturucture, the student can make progress in make use of them with the assisstant of their teacher. In a word, educators can impart important role in impart knowledge to student.

However, although I concede that the teachers can play an necessary part in providing knowledge to students, this is not say that only attaining knowledge is enough for students. The objective of education is to cultivate the students in order to serve them to well-rounded adults. In other words, the education expects to serve the students to be the people with the capacity of contribute to the development of the society, as well as implementing their value and living a happy life .  So both the parents, as well as the community, are also essential for cultivate students.

First of all, the parents have the important role in cultivating their children. For one thing, most of time from children's born to the five years old is at home, parents have the great influence on the growth of their children. For example, parents who are not responsible for their work and family will serve to undermine the responsiability feeling of their children, while parents devoting themselves to work and pay much attention to the family will teach children to reasonably treat the study and work. For example, after the famous inventor Thomas Edison considered as a fool, was expelled to the school, his mother began to take responsibility to teach him. Her confidence and endeavor influence Edison. As a matter of fact, few would argue that his mother affect the development of Edision. History has witnessed many cases, in which parents play important roles in cultivating their children. Consequently, parents can help to cultivate their children in many respects since they can influence their everyday life.      

Aside from the role of parents, the community play an indispensible in cultivating students as well. Firstly, the community acitivities can encourage students to achieve the ability to communicate with each other,and respect the opposing viewpoints of others . By taking part in the community acitivities, the students will be supplies the opportunities to communicate with others. Moreover, the students may confront the pratical porblems during the acitivities. By facing and trying to find the solution to these problems, the students can make self-improvement which will be helpful when they grow up since there are many problems in work as well as life.

To sum up, I wholeheartehly agree with the speaker's point of view that both the parents and community should be included in the education since the education is so important. In the final analysis, the three respect, the educators and parents and communities, should combine in order to serve students to be well-rounded.
