Work in a large company or a small one?
When people have an opportunity to choose a job position between that in a large company and another in a small one,they may hesitate because both of the two situations have their advantages and disadvatages.when it comes to me ,I would like to gain the chance working in a large company.The main reasons that draw me to this decision is explained as follows.

The most important reason that I choose a large company is that large companies always have a long history and have developed a sophisticated execution system.Large companies runs with a large number of departmens,the manage and cooperation of which needs well control and delicate modulation.Through a long time of development, large companies obtains abundant experience about the management of the corporation.Working in such a company,you will enjoy the priority to learn about the cherishable knowledge of company management,which is critical to improve the capacity of an employee’s competition.form this aspect,to work in a large company is just like to study in a library aboundant with all kinds of books and you will surely benefit from that.
On the other hand,large companies are more likely to provide you with excellent work experience.For example, in an international corporation, you will have the opportunities to contact with customs and collaboraters from different countries with various background.Business activities are always dealt with the best execution.This will enable you to improve your ability and raise you to a higher status.

Last but not the least, in a large company, you are more likely to work with a group of better qualified colleagues,from whom you can learn a lot of outstanding characters .Their excellent work experience will also benefit you ,helping you progress in your work.

From the argument above, we can see the profit of working in a large company.It must be confessed
,however, working in a large company also brings some disadvantages such as the lack of the chance to work with one’s own creativity and self-dependence.But generally,the
advantages overweigh the disadvantages.So if I have the opportunity to choose ,I will undoubtedly decide to work in a large company.
