To effectively encourage energy conservation is the premier event in high energy-consumption society. To是表示目的的，用分词形式Some people claims （主谓一致）that increasing prices of gasoline and electricity is the only way to achieve the subject, for this could lead to the considerable declining population using gasoline and electricity. However I am one of those who cast doubt on this standpoint, as I believe it is too superficial and cannot tackle the problem in the long run.   

To begin with, if government virtually increases price of gasoline and electricity, many poor people or people who are not rich enough would suffer a lot. Furthermore,  there are many different ways the government should encourage to maintain the total amount of energy.  For example,  as the skyrocketing improvement of technology, artificial energy could exert a significant role in the energy storage. At the same time, government should take more efforts to tap and harness the new renewable energy, such as tidal energy, solar energy, wind power, to provide more and more power to human at best without underlining the offspring’s benefit. What is more, technology（科技不能发出concentrate的动作，应该是人） it is also urgent to  concerntrate on how to utilize energy most effectively by technology, such as diminish the exhaust gas from the automobiles to a relatively low level.

To sum up,  since there are many means goverment could adopt to encourage energy conservation, I  contend that it is definitely not a good idea to increase price of gasoline and electricity, which may cause unstability of society and make vast majority of people in miserable. And I believe under governments grim managementon tapping new energy and limiting energy consumption standard onby machine technology can the society use energy more resonably and conserve energe more effectively.

Therefore, it is of great importance to set up agricultural research center to develop advanced farming system to increase the quality and quantity of rice and vegetable.

Furthermore, since the land is degrading for the development of industry and other uses, how to maintain the productive in the declining and erosion land is crucial to human survival in the long run. In the last few centuries, resulting from severe human activities such as excessively cutting trees and overgrazing enormous proportion of soil lost the ability to contain water and nutrition, which posed a tremendous threat to the agricultural production. Last but not least, it is unfair to excellent students. Some good students are so eager to go to high school that they study hard and get high score. For example, due to the crowded and noisy classroom, they cannot hear clearly the professor's explaining which is of great importance to their understanding. Firstly, contrary to the standpoint in the passage that no trace of a giant impact on the surface of the Earth means the Earth was not possible to lose a big piece of its mantle, the professor argues that the collision happened four billion years ago. The earth has changed a lot, such as errosion, rock plates colliding. Thus, the mark could disappear long time ago.

Secondly, contradicting the viewpoint in the passage that  rocks on the Moon comprise few water, while that on the Earth is opposite, which means they possess different composition, the professor points out that the heat on the moon is very high, so the water in the rock could have evaportaed.

Thirdly, the writers still contends that the density of the Moon is much slower than that of the earth. To sum up, parents are the one who love and care about their children most. However, it is not necessary for them to be the best teacher for their downsides. However, they may do some harm unconsciously to the kids.
