ISSUE130 - "How children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. Unfortunately, we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society."

Statement:孩子学会如何社交对于其将来的发展十分重要，但却不能决定社会的命运。而现在我们可不可以培养出可以把社会建设的更好的孩子，这要牵扯到什么样的社会是一个“更好的”社会。
MI 1:孩子学会如何社交对于其以后的发展很重要，对于他们会创造一个怎样的社会也很重要。
MI 2: 然而只考虑这一个因素，并不能决定社会的未来会是什么样子，因为社会的未来还取决于其他很多条件。
MI 3:培养可以建设更好社会的孩子，首先要确定我们想要的更好的社会是什么样的。而现在我们毫无疑问的在教育我们的孩子成为去建设我们认为的更好社会的接班人。

According to the speaker's assertion ,it is how children are socialized today that determines the destiny of society .Besides ,in the speaker's eyes ,the unfortunately fact is we have not yet find the correct way to raise children who have the ability to bring about a better society .Apparently ,this very assertion has an element of truth ,on some level .Yet ,it fails to hold the whole picture of this issue by overlooking all necessary characteristics children should have and supplying no features of "a better society ".

Initiatively ,I must concede that children's socialization ability ,serving as a prominent role in children's teaching process ,is apparently an indispensable aspect of cultivating children .Firstly ,without any denying ,the destiny of our society is in the hand of those children .To be more specific ,as the primary ingredient of our future society ,children themselves literally are the future of our society .So it is unquestionable that we should pay ample attention to children's education .In addition ,in a developed sociably society like nowaday society --we need to communicate with others since a considerably young age --socialization ability enjoy a significant status during the education process .And Therefore ,the way how children are socialized deserves amounts of concentration .Bolstering this perspective ,we need to look no further than our trivial acquaintances group ,in which we have communication with our friends to show concern ,with our superiors to explain our recent working-state ,with our competitors to persuade them of our ideas ,all of which will definitely require a high quality of
socialization to achieve .


Nevertheless ,the conclusion that how children are socialized determines the destiny of society goes too far to be established ,since the socialization ability is obviously not the only values a child should have to render a success .By this I mean that a myriad of factors ,such as leadership ,responsibility ,creativity ,curiosity ,and competition consciousness ,can also give the non-ignorable influence on guiding the future of children and the future of society .So ,it is irrational to accept the assertion that how children are socialized today determines the destiny of society ,under the great possibility that a subtle flaw in other abilities will cause an enormous impact on the destiny of society .Being exposed in the multifactor society ,we must take every aspect into consideration ,rather consider the socialization alone .Take a child for example .Attempt to impart him or her merely how to communicate with others will ultimately fail to facilitate him or her to become a successful individual ,leaving alone a fruitful society in future .

Subsequently ,when it comes to "a better society " ,a standard of "a better society "must be provided in the first place ,which will then enable us to consider a way to cultivate our children who can help bring about this better society .So naturally ,query whether a way is found to raise children who can help bring about the better society is in the second place .As far as I am concerned ,the common sense is that we invariably do our utmost to cultivate our children with the inclination to construct a better society ,defined by ourselves .Although it may be a bumpy way to find the perfect method ,we have already had some rewarding achievements .Since ,the sound education system undoubtedly indicate this fact .

In sum ,the three paragraphs above will safely lead us to my conclusion that there are a lots of factors impel the future of society besides of socialization and we have already done something effective to raising children who can bring about a better society .
