Who will begin the jouney of GRE preparation

I have been here for half year, but still can't consentrate on GRE preparation. It's too boring, and there are too many new words to me.
I want to know if anybody will start to prepare the test from now on, then we could encourage each other, and make a study plan, overcome the problem, try to finish the test before end of this year.

BTW, who could tell me how could you study new words in front of desk more then 3 hours a day? I always want to eat something, or look at the birds outside, or watch TV. I even could not stay there more than 30 minutes. What should I do?
