刚看见系网站上有这么一段话，我估计还是要吧。
Confidential Financial Statement (For international applicants only).
(standardized form: www.gdnet.ucla.edu/gasaa/library/cfstatement.pdf).
Complete the form if you will need an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility for an F-1 student visa or an IAP-66 Certificate of Eligibility for a J-1 exchange visitor visa. Signature and bank stamps must be included to validate the form. This form must be received before your application for admission will be reviewed.
