The listening and reading passage have a conflict of opinion about the pros and cons of practice that shortened workweek.The reading material outlines its three major benefits which are contradicted by the following lecture.
The begin with,the reading material claims that shortened workweek can be better to both company and individual which supported the contents, to increase company profits mentioned in the reading material.The employers can feel rested and make fewer errors due to the four days work so that can hire more stuffs.From the lecture,shortened workweek can spend more .To hire more employers can cost more training fee and office space ,which can decrease the profits.
In addition,the reading material holds the policy can reduce the unemployment rate.In contrast,the listening material believes that this is not the case.It is because company may have tne same expectation as 5 days work so employers feel more unpleasant.
Furthermore,the reading material insists that this policy can be better for individual employers.They have more time to improve the quality of life.In comparison,the listening passage holds the opposite opinion.There will be more risks due to employers have more time.And they  will become people who the first lose job according to the research.

In the lecture, the speaker made several points that contradict with the contents in the reading.
To begin with, the lecturer casts doubt that shortened workweek would definitely increase profitability of a company. According to the professor, the situation might go to the opposite position, which means a decrease in the profit. Because if a company hires more employees, they require more training fees, medical benefits, they also need more office place and equipments such as computers. Apparently, the cost rises sharply. Thus, there exists no logical reason for the increase of the company profits.
What’s more, the speaker argues that shortened working time do not equal less workload. You might do as same work as you can do in five workdays. Even if you work four days a week, you can still work overtime to finish it. In addition, the employers raise their expectations as well. So the unemployment rates would not decrease.
Finally, the lecturer stated that, on the contrary of the reading, four-day workweek might make life quality even worse. Several reasons were given. Company tends to promote those who positively take five-day work a week as the managerial staff, because they holds the view that those people could supervise better and more effective. For those who take four-day work, they appear less competitive at work and they could even lose their job, let alone the increasing living standard.

总之，mm还要多加练习，因为听力的点不全，而且不能和阅读内容很好的对应，这个是比较吃亏的。而且阅读的内容不要写那么多，因为阅读都是给出来的，不是采分点，重点是听力的内容怎样完全驳斥阅读的内容，这些一定要写好才可以。
