108问的回答疑惑

看了 《108问F1分类整理》 文档中的问题分类，有些回答方式或者问题本身的目的不太确定，拿出来希望大家解答下。

  第一部分去美国干嘛，为什么美国？
   1. 1 what开头的问题，如What will you study in the United States?或者What will you do in USA?
        一般的是不是只要回答 我想去读什么专业，什么学校，学几年 这样的信息。是不是还有更好些的回答方式？
  1.2 why 开头的问题，如Why do you want to study in USA? Why do you want go to the United States for further study?
        是不是回答留美动机，为什么想要去美国学习？
  第二部分 学习目的
    2.1 To how many institutions have you applied, and who are they?Any other school admits you?
         这个问题怎么回答？问题的目的是什么呢？回答多少学校vo才认为你的目的是学习？
    2.2 Do you plan to seek Financial support in the US?
          这个问题的目的又是什么？如果是有ta/ra的，是不是回答 no，然后说我有ta/ra的support？
  第三部分 直接问发展大计
    3.3  Can you explain why 90% Chinese students didn't come back?
         这个问题没什么头绪，不知道怎么回答，希望有人解答
  第四部分 其他
    4.1 What is the thing you likebest in America or the thingyou like best in China? 或者 What do you think is the best/worst thing of the U.S?
        这个问题怎么回答才能让vo觉得你没有移民的倾向?回答一些哪些范畴下的内容呢？
