想跨专业去香港或者新加坡读心理的硕士，请高人指点

大家好！本人大三，商科专业，想读心理学。
但是综合思考下来觉得申请美国的MASTER会比较难，而且觉得自我不够独立与成熟，所以想先去文化比较接近的香港或者新加坡读硕士。
不知道如果要去香港、新新加坡，有没有很牛的老师？有没有合适的项目？是不是不需要SUB？奖学金难拿吗？综合下来对个人发展如何？
请高人解惑答疑

新加坡目前应该是不会要硕士的。

I don't think 新加坡 would accept you ,
For non- psychology major, you could go to CUHK and apply for "Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology"
this one is specially decided for the non- psychology major, after this course ,you may apply for the master

Don't think you could get scholarship withour any background, there are always many great teacher in schools of HK .

also , Why psychology ?
