所有人都说如果你这次被拒，真是不可思议。因为我补充了9份新材料，更多的存款，高达RMB128万，来自单位，学校，社会团体的信，资金来源证明等。但是我依然被拒了，理由是“我们希望看到的是来自US学校的全奖”可是，我前面的女孩就是全奖被拒！有个绝对真实的信息是，今天的学生全部被拒，有全奖的，半奖的，全自费的，无一好运。我这为这不是运气的问题，而是他们有新的政策和对华人的歧视（我很客观，大家可以详看我的签证过程英文版，再作评判）--------目前，我分析，他们对中国学生非常谨慎一定要好学校全奖加好背景才有可能被签！请看下面的真实记录与一位美国朋友的友好分析。（A：我 B：美国朋友，V：签证官）我的联系：QQ85525168
A: all F1 Students were rejected today
B: WHat was the reason he gave to you?
A: At first，VO didn't see my "ALL DOCUMENTS"!
B: He didn't see your documents? What did he say?
A: just within 2 minutes, he rejected me
B: What was the reason?
A: May I tell you the whole progress?
B: Yes

VO:"hello"
A: "Hello. this is my second time to apply for F1 visa
VO: "hmmm....."
A: "Thanks for your work for me...this is my letter , please see it at first....."
（VO got the letter, saw it, just a glance and returned IT to me ）
A: This time, I am presenting everything in a more clear format, including important new documents......this is a list of these documents， after see these materials,I believe you will give me a fair judgment that I have the intention TO RETURN TO SICHUAN.....
（ he smiled but not kind）
（ I gave him my documentS one by one through the bottom of the window， he refused to accept it at first， and I sticked to give him，so he picked two documents and put them beside his hands, BUT didn't see them）
（you know, I have 20 documents! he asked me when he saw the DS forms）
V: "when did you graduate from university?"
A:"in 2000"
（so he wrote something in my form，I felt it was not nood thing, and asked him
A："why did you ask me the question?Could you tell me why you write words on my form?"
V: he said,"I found you had some problems, look, you wrote 2001, but you told me 2000."
A：" I graduated from ECONOMICS department of Sichuan University in 2000,and
graduated from ENGLISH Department of Sichuan University in 2001
V: "oh," （then he conceled his words ）
V: " that's no problem, no problem"
V：" the most of money is from yourself and your family, right?"
A:"Yes, I have enough money to support myself to study.and this is my bank deposit......thiis is the notary of stock......this...."
（ he interruped me, and said）
V： I needn't see them，you know, we more believe money from the Universityyou am going to study, full schoolarship, it is very imporat.as we ll known, these are two different countries。China is poorer, maybe these money are from the whole life of your parents
A："No, My father lend me his 3/5 of saving.and he is a economics scholar,he did stock trans...."
（ he interrupped me again）
V： We hope we can believe Chinese family have much money......I want to believe in it,,,but....This is a poorer country..."
A："No, every country has poor people and rich people!"
（HE  lookED at the I-2O）
V: this is a university which may give EVERY student admission... I can see your scores from the computer， you should apply for full scolarship from a better university， I believe in you are a good student and you will be an excellent student in the US,but you need get Full scholarship , we more believe in the fanacial ability from Universities of the US， I hope I will give you Visa when you come back here with a full scholarship  and, I worry you will look for work if I give you Visa
A: "No! I needn't look for work in the US! I will have better career space of development in Sichuan...
V：" I worry that...and I THINK YOU WILL look for a job in the US...."
（ So, I wanted to tell him my reasons.but he picked up the seal...）.
（ So I couldn't help telling him in a fast speed, very fluently(To my s surprise)）
A: "I just yhink everyone who want to study should have a chance...and I don't understand why you refused all students in this morning? I am the last one applying for F1 Visa in the morning, I saw you refused a girl who has full scholarship and graduated from Austrlia 。 I mean, if I get full scholarship, will you give me Visa?  or another excuse?  I can see some words over there
(I pointed a blackbord, he could see it through the window)
A: " Only American can read these newspapers. but they are ON THE WALL , everyone can see it ,why do you sign those words? why did you refuse all students ,at least ,in the morning?"
（ he said nothing...after a while he said,）
V："welcome to come back, maybe the next one waited for a longer time....Sorry..."

B： This must be a new policy.....They seem to have very strict profile to allow a F1 Visa... This is not about you, it is about a racist profile....The profile is that if a student has not full scholarship, she/he will need to work.
Everybody fit that profile IN CHINA。 It seems the policy is .... Only Chinese with full or almot full scholarship in a good university will get visa... Americans are just too racist.... Chinese constructed the railways in the US....
and they were treated like slaves....cybergaijin: and they were treated like slaves.....One day I was walking in San Jose downtown. Then I went in a small alley and there was a board "In this place, in 1889, existed a Chinatown. This Chinatown was destroyed by the white population" I was shocked, because I never knew that information...CHINESE were not allowed to bring their wives to the US..... Then, no Chinese was allowed to come the US.... And then, Chinese came to the US.... paid taxes... became doctors, professors, professionals... and still Americans think about Chinese like slaves .UP TO NOW。 Many Chinese engineers work in the US more and less like slaves.... But do you know what is incredible? There was every possible law against Chinese. But, Chinese DEFEATED very possible law as in constitutional.... And after some years, they won almost all appeals! That's really incredible.... They defeated bad people by using the legal system.... ANYWAY. The US now is not that bad for Chinese.... visa officers are really arrogant...
