People face problems in their daily lives. When they came across the difficulties, which way will help them find an optimal solution, creative or carefully planning? I deem that to combine creative ability with careful plan together will direct a best way to crack down problems. Therefore, I definitely disagree that innovation rather than meticulous plan would help to figure out an best way to solve questions.

First and foremost, to handle problem perfectly needs to prepare in detail and create. People must be fimilar with an American show called "Apprentice", and in each episode two teams need deal with a task, like sell goods, orgnize a meeting, design an advertisement, etc. The team which perform well in their tasks will win. Normally the team which is creative and well-planned will succeed in competition. That is why I think creative and carefully planned are the same important to deal with a problem. In order to solve a problem perfectly we need to combine both of them together.

What's more, to be creative or to be well-planned can not always come up with the best solution. I admit sometimes either being creative or planning careful does help find a good solution to some problem in some circumstances. For example, when we set out a satellite to outer space, our scentists certainly need to plan every detail. But if they did not innovate anything, I guess to land on the moon would be a forever dream of chinese. At the same time, if our technicians only pay attention to create new things and ignore detail plan, it would put astronauts' lives in a dangerous situation. To plan well could gain some kind of success, and to be creative could win in some situation, but to find the best way to solve problems, either of them can accomplish it perfectly in seperate.

In sum, I support that to crack down a problem perfectly needs to be creative and careful plan at the same time. And either innovation or  careful plan can only help to achieve some knid of success but not the perfect achievement.

The public transportation plays a vital role more and more especially in congested streets of metropolis. Should we pay for public commuting? Yes, we should pay for the public transportation without any doubts. I assert that we should pay for the public tranportation. Reasons are as following.

First of all, It will help to improve transportation system by spending money on bus,subway,train,etc.For example, when we plan to make transportation better in a city, we need invest more money on constructions of transpotation ways. Therefore, people pay for their own commute certainly will increase the amount of money which will put on to build more public roads, tracks and underground tracks.People should pay for public transportation in order to make public transpotation better.

What's more, It can ensure a safer enviorment by paying for public transportation. In Beijing we have lots of public transportations, and government brought out a discount tranportation plan for bus and subway ever since the 29th Olympic Games. I admit it provides convenience for people to go out, but at the same time it shows some problems,like crowded carriages. Sometime government has to take actions to stop more people going into subway platforms to ensure a safer transport. That is why I think it will bring a safer enviorment by paying.

At last,to pay for our own tansportation can certainly benefit ourselves. As we all know that the public service like transportation are always sponsored by tax. If everyboday pay for their own transportaion,it would help to levy tax in some degree. I believe that everybody pay for their own transportation will finally benefit ourselves.

All in all, I totally disagree that people should pay not for the public transportation. In contrast, people should pay for it to bring a better public transportation.

I agree that it is vital for families to have dinners together regularly. Reasons are as following.

First of all, to eat meals together can help family members spending time together. Nowdays, the rhythm of life becomes faster and faster, people have no time to do anything except for job, and normally in the morning they catch up some fast breakfasts on the way to office;at noon they eat a lunch box as soon as possible and then get back to work;in the evening they dine out for business. Therefore, people have less and less time to be with family members except for sleeping time. To be a family, it means to spend more time together and share things happened around in which it can help family tighten relationship.

In addition, to have meals together can assist family communicating more. Communication is crucial to family relationship. Like what refered above, people spend most of time on their careers which leads to less time to be with family and even less communications with family. For example, a busy father never knows which lesson his son/daugther is learning right now and what his wife does. To eat together can provides them a good chance to communicate more. Like what you are happy for, or what you are woorried about, and even family memebers might help to solve some urgent tasks through a easygoing family talk.

At last, families eating together regularly can help members have some relax and stay away from business meals. Family is a a place which can bring people a relaxed, comfortable and free enviorment, and in this eniorment people have no worries in losing a contract by saying something wrong, getting drunk in order to make dealers happy for a busimess later on, doing harm to their health because of busy schedules.
