2.20 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teachers should be paid at least as much as doctors, lawyers or business leaders are paid.
With rapid development of society, lots of jobs are highly paid, like lawyers, doctors and business leaders. Nowdays more and more people begin to question whether it is fair to give these people a good pay while other careers are paid less like teachers. As far as I concern, I support that teachers should be paid as the same amount as doctors, lawyers and board of chair.

Initially, teachers need to be as professional as any other careers require like law, physic, business, etc. To be a teacher, at first he need have a specific knowledge, namely he should be an expert in an area. For example, professors from law school should be good at legal system, which assembles that lawyers are familiar with law. What teachers tend to teach their students is what they are specialized in. Therefore, teacher's job just like any other professional field which need a particular command of knowledge.

What's more, teachers are equally diligent as most of professional experts. Professional experts normally get high salary because they work hard and always work overtime. Teachers also are very diligent.  For instance, teachers go to teach in day time, after their classes they still need prepare for the next lessons,  modify their students' homework or console depressive students to help them relieve. Thereby, teachers put as much as efforts as other professional experts.

Lastly, teachers need to be creative when they help students get to know fixed knowledge, which is a fundamental reason for a well-paid job. Why lawyers, doctors and business leaders qualify for a good pay? Because they keep creative when come across urgent tasks and they can solve all difficulties by their creativity. Teachers are the same. When they impart a definite question to their students, they need be creative and find out the easiest way to help students grasp this knowledge.

In a nutshell, I totally agree that teachers should be paid as much as any other professional experts, because teachers also have merits which professionals have, like profession, hard work and creativity.

不妥吧, people in other occupations ). As far as I concern (as far as I am concerned), I support that teachers should be paid as the same amount as doctors, lawyers and board of chair请问什么意思.
Initially, teachers need to be as professional as any other careers require like law, physic, business, etc.(
the occupational requisition of teachers should be equaled as professional as with those , lawyers, doctors…不知道服不服合正常语气呢…)To be a teacher, at first, he need have a specific knowledge, namely he should be an expert in an area. For example, professors from law schools should be good at legal system, which assembles that lawyers are familiar with law. What teachers tend to teach their students is what they are specialized in. Therefore, teacher's job just like any other professional field which need a particular command of knowledge. (
Therefore, teachers, just like other professional experts, need a particular command of knowledge.)
What's more, teachers are equally diligent as most of professional experts. Professional experts normally get high salary because they work hard and always work overtime.( Teachers also are very diligent.
For instance, teachers go to teach in day time, after their classesAfter having taught students in day time)】,they still need  prepare for the next lessons, modify their students' homework or console depressive students to help them relieve. (别怪我多事啊, 这样改会不会简洁、连贯一些)Thereby, teachers put as much as efforts as other professional experts.

啊哈)and creativity.

Initially(有点小怀疑,没见过这么用), teachers need to be as professional as any other careers require(required) like law, physic, business, etc. To be a teacher, at first he need have a specific knowledge, namely he should be an expert in an area(namely是个adv,所以这句话没连词吧?). For example, professors from law school should be good at legal system, which assembles(这词放这是啥意思?) that lawyers are familiar with law. What teachers tend to teach their students is what they are specialized in. Therefore, teacher's job just like any other professional field which need a particular command(有点小怀疑,真的见过这么用?) of knowledge.

Lastly, teachers need to be creative when they help students get to know fixed knowledge, which is a fundamental reason for a well-paid job.

2.22 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Most people often let others make decisions for them rather than make decisions by themselves.

To be or not to be, that is a problem. People face such a dilemma in their daily lives. How to solve it? Some people like to ask advices from others, the other people prefer to cope with difficulties by themselves. As far as I am concerned, I deem that most people usually let others make decisions for them rather than decide by themselves.

First of all, most kids rely on the older generation to make decisions for them. Teenagers often make wrong decisions due to limitation of their cognitivness. That is why when they come across any questions, they normally turn to ask help from their elder right away. For example, school persons tend to ask their teacher’s advice which university they should apply for; kids normally turn to their parents when they come across questions like travelling with classmates, buying a computer, attending a friend's birthday party, and so on. Except for these prominent issues above in life, some young persons also count on their parents to decide daily issues, like when to wash school uniform; what to eat for breakfast; how to arrange schedule; and so on.

What's more, even most adults have a tendency to let others make decisions for them. For example, we must be familiar with this scene in shopping more--we often come across couples or friends shopping together, and either of them constantly ask "how do think about this dress?" or "do you think it is suitable for me?"or "do you think it is worthy of this price?" I think it is common for adults to ask for a suggestion when they are hesitated. In other words, their companies assist them to make a decision. Therefore, even adults often listen to others.

At last, a lot of seniors let other persons decide for them. We can see lots of old people normally trust on their kids' taste on a large amount of things. For instance, whether to buy a new electronic instrument, like 50-inch television; which direction to put their beds; what kind of insurance they could buy. Most seniors trust their younger generation a lot.

In a word, most people tend to ask others make decisions for them whatever they are young, mature or wise.

Except for these prominent issues above in life, some young persons also count on their parents to decide daily issues, like when to wash school uniform; what to eat for breakfast; how to arrange schedule; and so on.

What's more, even most adults have a tendency to let others make decisions for them. For example, we must(语气太过强烈了,改为may如何?)
be familiar with this scene in shopping more
(是想表达mall么?)--we often come across(和前面主语表达意思重复不如去掉) couples or friends shopping together, and either of them constantly ask "how do think abouthow do you think或者what do you think about this dress?" or "do you think it is suitable for me?" or "do you think it is worthy of this price?"

3.1Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Good looks and dresses are more important for success than good ideas.

During graduations, lots of graduates swarm into job markets. The competition is more and more fierce, especially when the whole world faces severe job shortage. How to make themself standing out of all job hunters? Some focus on improving internal aspects, like facilitate oneself by wonderful ideas. Some pay more attention to external appearance, like good looks or terrific dresses. As far as I am concerned, I would prefer good ideas than outer appearrance.

Admitedly, good looks and suitable dress do help improve employees' images, like employer would think the person who dress properly not only show their respects to job offer but also show good attitudes to the company. That is why most of companies would not employ persons who wear jeans and T shirts to interview.

However, good looks and dresses may help people gain a job opptunity but it is not as functional as good ideas job seekers have. In the movie "the pursuit of happiness", Chris won his job during fierce competition among 20 elites. He is common looking person and because short of time he just wears his painting wall clothes to job interview. Imagining if employer makes diecision by judgement of people's dresses, he would never gain stock broker job. In the reality, there is also lots of people won their good jobs because they have excellent ideas because practical hirer look ability more than anything else. In addition, to look good and dress nice is easy for everybody to figure out, but to have excelelnt ideas is not that easy for everybody.

Therefore, when people plan to find a job. The things they need spend more time on are good ideas. For a good appearances, it is only a monment of shopping. I deem that good ideas is more important than good looks and nice dresses.

3.2:Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize.

With the rapid development of modern society, more and more things swarm into people's lives everyday inevitably, like high tech products. People do gain lots of benefits from them, but the same time if people did not use them properly they are also distractions. How to deal with bad impact like distraction? People need use them properly. How to use them properly? The most important thing is that people need be capable of planning and organizing well. Therefore, I deem that it is vital for youngsters to plan and organize well facing this complicated world.

Initially, young kids who are easily attracted by new things need take advantage of new things and try to avoid distraction. For example, computers are common to most families. Lots of kids devour time on games or chat. They can not concentrate on their studies anymore. As we see, computer is a good thing which sprung out in last century and it brings lots of benefits for human being. However, it creates more issues too. How do kids mentioned above solve these bad influences? It is only the young themselves who should have a good plan to make good use of their time to study and entertain.

Furthermore, it is crucial for young people to be well planned and well organized. Everybody knows with acceleration of modernization competition is more and more fierce in world. If young kids don't grasp opportunities, they might never survive in suck an competitive world. Thereby, what they should do to face this highly competitive society? The essential thing they can do for preparation is a detailed plan and capability of organizing. For example, Yaoming is the best basketball player in China. He is dedicated to this goal when he is young, and now he has international frame.

At last, not only young people but also all generations need have a better plan to deal with this complicated modern world. For example, jobless people need prepare for learning more things to make a better living; people who have jobs need make a good insurance plan for their retirement; retired people still need a good budget plan to support their rest of happy lives.

All in all, I support the idea that  it is primary for everyone to have a good plan and organize to face such a perplexing modern world, especially for young kids because they are the future of society.

Admitedly, good looks and suitable dress(dresses) do help improve employees' images, like(用LIKE不太恰当吧~) employer would think the person who dress properly not only show their respects to job offer个人觉得这个表述有点怪耶) but also show good attitudes to the company. However, good looks and dresses may help people gain a job opptunity (拼写~~)but(前面已经有个HOWEVER了) it is not as functional as good ideas job seekers have.
