Genuine knowledge comes from practice, and so does an outstanding quality of instructions. From Art to Engineering department, a falculty with working experience always can create new ideas and rewarding instructions either in class or in laboratory. As long as it doesn’t impede normal teaching work, working outside the academic world is encourageable.



New ideas and avant-guard theories are always promoted by the
practitioners.In medical field, new ideas usually are not coming from the teaching faculty, but from the hospital or from the labtory. Without practising on the real live creatures, no theory dares to be used.Without a series of clinical trials, new medical tehnology can not be created. For example, the vaccinia is invented by a English country doctor E. Jenner, who accidently found out that women who usually milking the cow are less affected the variola. Then he created the vaccine based on this discovery. In other word, the faculty in university could also spend time outside school, doing researches. maybe he or she will discover some new ideas during the practice.


A professional faculty can always find mistakes when he or she works outside the academic world, which is highly-valuabe due to the reason that what he or she taught to their students will puts in use after they graduate. Academic theory may not be useful or contibutive when it comes to the real life, because that some theories do not adhere to the pragmatic utilization. To avoid it as possible, a professional faculty is the best candidate to be the one who detects and corrects these mistakes, since he or she has an ocean of knowledges in this certain area and have the ability and authority to judge. It will improve the quality of instructions after accomplishing it. In some university ,students in education department have a course called “education psychology” which is highly-cotroversial that teachers in the elementory or high school usaully dissent with some potanic teaching methods, which are based on the assumption that students eager to learn, which is absolutely impossible in schools of this level. Some teachers in my school actually took a part time job in neighborhood high school and conducted a series teaching experiments in order to find a new break-through of making a link with teaching method in book and in school.After this experiment, they published a paper to illustrate what they inspired from the expriment. After it, students learned a different idea of teaching from these faculty’s class.



However too many outside jobs will damage the normal teaching works. Some teachers would feel that it earn more money outside than the compus teaching, so they focus less on the teaching, for example, poor preparations in the class, less energy to illustrate the idea, late for work, or even be abscent or quit the job. And that will impede the students from learning. Furthermore, it will sabotage the ethos in the campus, creat a
utilitarian atmosphere. A school without academic atmosphere will decrease students’ passion of lucubration. With low acdemic level, a student will either hardly get a job in his or her study area or persume a higher education. Nevertheless, if teachers do not impede the class-teaching, working outside is still pleasurable.

Besides, in order to improve the quanlity of instruction in college and university level, a faculty could not only working outside but also changing ideas with other teachers in different department once a while. In Oxford University, a small tea house is created for faculty to exchange teaching methods and brainstorm about current news. A scientific professor can always benefit from the literatural professor, since they may have a compeletly different perspective of live. They can pick up some indispensable omitted matters. Clearly, it is a
excellent means to eithor improve the or in the acdemic field.


In sum, encouraging faculty to work outside is a
favorable method to improve the quality of instruction. However, faculty should mainly focuses on the class-teaching and try to avoid damaging it. But beside that, it is worthy to let faculty step into the real works.

楼主要加强单复数和人称的问题呀,固定的连词也要多准备些!
文章结构和论证关系就找大牛来帮你吧。
好多的单词用法都是楼主自己想的吧,需要小心,很容易掉分的。

我们组正好写到50了嘛, 可以来看看   个人感觉你的语言有些地方比较罗嗦,老外重视的是结构,逻辑,观点,而不是你的语言。 说了一大段就写了一个意思有些时候是有些累赘。 个人愚见,仅供参考
