【请问】今天收到USC的EMAIL说缺少存款证明，我需要马上寄给他们吗？

想请教下各位亲，我之前申请了USC的MPP。
今天收到EMAIL告知说我的申请材料里缺少存款证明，让我在审核材料前寄去！
所以想请教下各位，我需要马上去银行开了寄去吗？谢谢啦！

EMAIL 原文如下：
Thank you for submitting an application for the Master of Public Administration in the School of Policy, Planning, and Development at the University of Southern California. Your application is lacking the following:
Financial Statement showing the needed funding. For the MPA that's $48,447 and for all other SPPD programs that is $53,643.This document must be received before we may consider your application for admission.

If the information requested has already been sent, we thank you in advance and you will receive a notification email when all the materials for your application have been received.


If you have any questions, please email me directly at pjfurlon@usc.edu or contact the Office of Recruitment and Admissions at (213) 740-0550. Be advised replying directly to this email will generate a message that will be sent not to me directly but to our general SPPD account.

恭喜先~
这个学校没有申请。
我所遇到的学校中也有要financial statement的，但只是填个表格就行了，不需要正式的银行证明。大致就是你的资金途径，数额多少之类的。
当然，如果楼主办个证明很容易的话，那不妨就办了吧，反正迟早会要的咯。:)

我个人的感觉是你遇到的是程序问题。也就是说在你的申请材料中缺乏资信证明。一般而言，缺少类似材料不妨碍教授们的录取评审工作。但是就教学秘书等人来讲，由于工作量大，对于不完整的申请索性搁置一边以减轻负担也是完全可能的。倘若你不打算全自费读USC，可以不去管它；如果很心仪“南加大”那么你应该与那位女士联系，弄清楚材料缺失的严重性。我希望大陆的学弟学妹认识到：材料的完整是他们申请路上的重要一关，不能轻视。许多申请者由于这样那样材料的缺失，辛辛苦苦准备的东西根本没有机会递交到桌面上。不要责怪那些循规蹈矩的教学服务人员，他们经常被整理申请材料的负担搞得筋疲力尽，因此巴不得把不完整的东西放在一边。

去银行办一个财力证明，然后扫描给学校，并且告诉他们原件正在寄送当中，请他们先审材料

财力证明通常对国际学生都是要求的，没有收到证明之前是不会审材料的，会影响录取情况
