2.3 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People will feel happier when they finish a challenging or difficult work than they finish an easy work.
In the highly competetive society, people have to face a growing number of challengs, from our job, our competors and even from ourself. In this condition, people ought to enjoy the process of solving these problems and difficult works. Sicne what would bring us improvement, refreshment is these challengs, but not easy works.

First of all, in the flowing era, challengs and difficult works are on the raise, especially for people who want to attach great improvement and reach their ultimate goal. This is to say, in the road to achievement, in all likelihood, people have to overcome these kinds of trouble which may be difficult to them. For instance, if people who want to get a dream work and enter a great company, such as the IBM, he or she has to pass the examnation of the company. As we all know these great companies’ examnation are difficult, but not easy for people. Generally, difficult work and challengs, in some cases, have been necessary in the way to success.

Secondly, in the case that people who want to obtain development in his or her realm have to overcome sorts of challengs, acutally, they have to learn gradually receive the fact and enjoy these challenges. If people cannot adapt to these problems, in some degree, would be responsible for unconfidence and even anti-society. This is a concrete illustration, in China, Entrance is one of the hardest challengs for students, and also a number of students cannot enjoy it and receive the possible but realistic failure, so give rise to the increasing rate of suicides. In short, it is necessary and even a essential quality for people to learn look these challengs optimistically.

Lastly, the reason that encouraging people to feel happy is that thought thses difficult works would be superficially terrible, which would exert great effect on people in the way of growth. In another word, these difficult would be the best teacher for people who can overcome them and hence pave way for people’s future. Some affairs involve gaints can be taken as example, such as one of the great presidents of the US-Lincon, one of the great artists-Van Gogh and Schubert and so forth. All of these great people who have left treasures for the world have overcomed challengs and as a result achieve great respect from people. In general, in consideration of the possible achievement behind these challengs, people would have motive and reason to feel happy in face of them.

Ultimately, in the pathway of success, people likely have to face a seies of difficult problems, and also passing them has been a necessary quality and experience for people to be successful. Withal, the result of overcoming them in all likelihood can be the reason for people to face them optimistically.
