开始练习作文，但总是没有头绪，写了一些提纲，但是很简单，没有例子，觉得即使这样列提纲后，写的时候还是没有例子，但要是加上例子，列提纲会很慢，在这写的时候没话说，例子及其匮乏，语言简单，而且感觉写着写着就跑题了，咳，希望大家指点下该怎么准备。谢谢！下面是I95，大家狠拍，第一次贴作文！

95. People work more productively in teams than individually. Teamwork requires cooperation, which motivates people much more than individual competition does."

With the rapid development of our modern society, productivity is coming more and more important. When it come to which means motivate people much more , teamwork cooperation or individual competition, a host of opinions are held by different individuals with different modes of thinking. Admittedly, people work more productively, because cooperation strengthens individual power. However, as far as I am concerned, completion between individuals is efficient to motivate peoples.

As we all know, cooperation is very important for productivity.
Consider two pupils for example. One kid study by themselves, of course he has no one to communicate when he finds something that difficult to him. Otherwise, if the two kids study together , which is more convenient for them to communicate difficult points and learn from each other, and even each of them servers as a “inspector’ to the other one. No would deny they will learn fast and more by studying together. Some work, like playing basketball, requires teamwork and cooperation. No eminent player would beat another team with cooperation and assistance from his teammates, which is fully displayed either in Lakers, who has Kobe Bryant, or in the former Bulls, who has Michael Jordan. Another compelling example for this is one great affair in human’s history.
That is human’s first Moon-Landing. Neil Armstrong, the famous American aviator, is remembered and regarded as hero because he is the first one who set food on moon. However, no one can imagine how this greatness would be achieved with numerous scientist efforts and the developments of aviation, physics, and chemistry and so on. It is also the case when it comes to nations. Indeed, some countries are bigger or stranger than other, yet every nation is connected and cooperated with each other to survive and prosper.

However, I do not totally agree with the speaker’s statement because it seems to overlook one factor, which is more essential to stimulate people. That is completion. For one thing, in the realm of individuals, competition plays an important role to keep people to keep up or even excel his/her peers or even great people in that field. Students study hard to get higher grades and enter more famous university; workers work hard to earn more applaud from boss and gain more chances to extol. Nowadays, more and more schools and companies set up various systems to valve how their students and employee doing. Of course, they systems are also the goads to encourage competition. Conversely, the competition between individual not only enhance personal ability, but also prompt the level and capability of school and companies. Secondly, competition among organizations in society is not the way one organization survives, prospers, but also the way to bring the whole society progress steadily. Any team in NBA, become stronger through games with other teams; any super company comes in to being because their more qualified products, more friendly services and more efficient production.

Imagine what people will be and what our society will become without completion. People lost motion to make efforts to do anything; companies won’t spend much effort to invent new technologies, which results in the waste of social resource, lower and lower productivity and declining the living standard of the public. What’s more, no completion means any cooperation. Cooperation is a kind of measure to make a person, a company or even a nation better. Who will take steps like cooperation when he/she won’t have the desire to become better?

To sum up, it is the completion that keeps our society going forward, and cooperation is one of the measures to intensify competition ability. Every individual and organization should compete with cooperation and cooperate with compete. Of, course, unfair and improper competition, which jeopardize both competition and cooperation, should be eliminated
