Although the instant problems always could get people's attraction for his closely contact with their daily and must be solved immediately, the speaker's overlooks the influence of potential issues that may have serious effects to our descendent. However, the governments, with the authorized power on decision-making, should balance their energy and the resource of society between the immediate problems and anticipated affairs when they conceive a blueprint for the whole society.

Admittedly, the politician that put much attention on the immediate issues is comprehensible. Indeed, the primary concern by citizens is always the urgent problems that related their own benefits. So, as the representative of masses, governments have responsibility to solve these problems to appeal the people's feeling and requirement. In the 2008, a severe financial crisis
broke out which lead to many enterprises hardly stand in this financial storm by their own and the laid-off workers continually increase out of the people's imagination. In this critical period, our governments presented a series policies and measures for financial salvation. Just for the timely assistance, the crisis has alleviated. If the government only concentrate on the prospective affairs and tend to be a bystander in this terrible crisis, the whole market place will collapse undoubtedly.

However, the governments, as the current leaders serve the contemporary citizens and the designer draw a bright future to the offspring, should consider overall interests of the society. Although to solve a lot of prospective problems is out of human's capacity, the anticipated issues should be considered into the developing plan of government. The problem of global warming is a hot topic recently. The issue which have serious effects to our descendents, such as the sea level rise and worsen weather, cause the government to go together to alleviate this long-term problem. Last year, the leaders came from different countries attended the Copenhagen to discuss how to solve this problems and then reach the consensus that every country should dedicate in this hard work. Indeed, Human are not selfish animals, our civilization should be advance by our descendents. So when the government is busy in the immediate problems, they should not neglect the anticipated issues because the children need a bright future rather than a broken-down stall that their ancestor left to them.

Nevertheless, the two aspects are important, but the government still needs to classify them with priority which is very useful for them to solve all the problems more effectively than before. Because all your swans are geese, for the limited energy of government, they are always trapped in the contemporary affairs, and hardly to extract so much time to solve the prospective problems. In my observation, if the current problems like accidental events, starvation, and high probability of unemployment that contact with the people's benefits remain unaddressed, spending much time to solve the anticipate problems seem to be unacceptable. So the classification of the priority of all problems is necessary.

In sum, in order to construct a harmonious and healthy society, it calls for governments to consider the urgent problems and prospective issues as a whole and work out a plan that help them to solve these problems in order. Overlooking either of them might cause the unexpected result.
