这是我学习AW的第一篇，限时写的，麻烦给指点一下。
The speaker claims that the destiny of society is determined by the how the children are socialized,and we have not found any effctive ways to raise our children who can better society. Admittedly, how the children are socialized plays a critical role in the development of society. But it can not determine the destiny of society. Furthermore,a huge number of parents know how to rasie their children to contribute to our society.
Admittedly, how chidren are socialized is important to society. They not noly learn the massive knowledge, also develop their ability of communicating with others in order to adopt society. For instance, some American presidents have a high EQ, which helps him learn to cooperate,negotiate, and assert themselves in a respectful manner.
But how the children are socialized can not determine the destiny of society. Beethoven,the famous German composer in the 18th century, has a dissocial character which prefers a solitary life. Nevertheless, he had a strong inclination in the music , even he was quite unable to hear in his last ten years. This example illustrates that a passion for his career is also a important factor in his life to some extent. On the other hand, adults are the mainbody of society, their decision could impact on children, even some of their actions determines the destiny of society.
In our daily life, many parents have a scientific method to raise their children. They instruct children to read, gain the knowledge, encourage them to communicate with others. And in the U.S., most of parents let their children earn thier lives, in order to be independent.
