在任何领域,商业、政治、教育、政府,掌权者都应该在5年任期后下台。对任何事业而言,取得成功最保险的途径就是聘用新生力量担当领导。
提纲:
1.承认新生力量的确很重要。有激情、有活力,创新力强,
2.但并不是所有事业都一定要依赖新生力量担当领导。老一辈人有他们的优点
3..不管是新生还是老力量,不一定得5年换届。只要有能力就行,有科学的合理的发展思路、这才是成功的关键。
训练issue有半个月左右了,基本上一天一篇,每次写提纲、找论据都要很久,而且要命的是还没法限时。。。额~~时间一天一天的缩短,不知道自己水平如何。。。真诚欢迎各位朋友提意见!(没有限时,600字)
Is it the revitalization the key to success and consequently should anyone in power step down after five years, no matter which the profession is-business, politics, education or government? I fundamentally disagree with the speaker’s notion. Admittedly, freshmen are important to the development of enterprises due to that they will bring initiative and innovation, nevertheless, the consistency of the leadership is also significant because of the precious experience of old leaders, which is of vital consequence.(承认新生力量的意义,但是老一辈人的经验也是非常宝贵的)
In conscience, there's a big push by the new leader to guide a group to achievement(新领导人对组织的成功有巨大的推动作用). As is known to all, new conductor would bring in new ideas and creativity vigor. They are full of passion and zeal to the new work which we need dramatically to revitalize and boost the progress of a company or a country. And new air would be injected into the organization and the government will be younger than before and issue some reform decrees. Just like the new leader of America, Obama, who became the president at the age of 47. Heaps of voters were inspired by this young man and elected him as their administrator considering his fervor of anti-discriminate, anti-war, protecting the environment and helping the disadvantaged groups. His vitality and ability have leaded the country go further in economy and technology successfully, as the supporters wished. Consequently, new competent leaders play an remarkable function to speed up the progress, and get rid of the ancient rigid thought of the conductors who has been in power for many years, which can hammer the development of an organization.
However, the value of new ideas doesn’t mean ignoring the impact of the old leaders in any case(但并不是说所有情况下新人更好). It is unwise to change a leader who is still qualified and follows the tempo of the era to avoid ideological rigidity.
Under this circumstance, the combination of his precious experience and tact is invaluable to make success. Because the old leader is familiar to the work and even can concord and coordination with partners perfectly, when facing with an emergency, there is very likelihood that he handles smoothly. Besides, the solid social relation with other groups, which he has gained during the past few years’ work, can help him break away from difficult position too. Experience is the wealth without price for one to gain success. Maybe that is why the leader of General Electric, Jack Welch can be the CEO for 20 years. He kept continuously activity and made one miracle after another to raise the market value of his company by more than 30 times. It is both experience and scientific management that lead to his great achievement. (有些领导人在位很久,但是仍能获得很好的成绩)
Besides, It is not sure that the leader be changed after being in power for five years(不一定5年换届,视情况而定,频繁换届不好). Both new leader and old can be successful as along as he has the wise solution and advanced thought. When the idea of the leader is not fit for the society any more, it is time to elect a new one to inject new passion.
But too often transformation is not good because that new comer takes time to adapt to the fresh working atmosphere and the coagents. The time to make a shift depends on the practical situation.
To sum up, it is not a simple matter to decide whether change the leader or not. New bellwether has the advantage of ambition and creation while old is experienced. Both can be suitable for guiding, providing that he has reasonable development concepts and proper management. Applying the experiences of the old and combining with the inspiration of the new is definitely a good access
