It is too unilateral to claim that attitude of people is determined either by their immediate situation or surroundings or by any internal characteristic. These two factors which have complex interrelationship between each other can not be separated so absolutely. Sometimes attitudes are considered to be determined by the situation in surface actually more by internal characteristic. However, society plays an important role in forming person’s attitude.
       People’s attitude towards life and society are gradually shaped by the society environment they live. Divergences exist wildly all over the world. Towards the same things, various culture form a large number varieties of viewpoints. For example having sex before marriage is wildly accepted in western developed countries; however it was considered to be immoral behavior in China before 1990s. Different culture environments form various issue towards the same thing. But as times changes, more and more communications between China and outside world have. A more scientific attitude of sex is held by the public instead. Another example taken here is the way of greeting when people meet each other. In some area or some environment, they kiss each other as a way of saying hi, while in China, kiss considered to be the only action happens between very close relationship such as baby and parents, people fall in love. Women Muslims are required to cover their hair avoid being seen by men, while at the same time, girl on bikini are enjoying themselves on beach.   
       However, strong internal characteristic sometimes have a great influence on the environment. During the World War II, Even the Nazi rule the world, people lost their home never gave up hope. They believe they would defeat the Nazi, and take the world to a regular order. Even the Japanese occupied most of area of China, Chinese people never stopped fighting for free and the deference of motherland together with the allied forces. It was the internal characteristic determined the attitude of people towards environment. At a school of the same class, but the grades of student are various, in certain way may be influenced by their surroundings such as family, however nobody deny to admit the role of students themselves. Their strong willing of knowledge give them great encourage.
However, immediate environment and situation is the objective factor while internal characteristic is subjective. The philosophic viewpoint of contradictory tells us that everything is the result between mutual action of objectivity and subjectivity and is difficult to speak out which one is more important. To conclude, attitude is a balance of immediate environment and situations and internal characteristic. Whereas the most important is the society which leading the way of forming attitude from both immediate environment and situation and internal issue of value sides.
