我拿到了Delaware的Ph.D.的AD还有NCSU的AD，在考虑怎么选。
昨天和ELS的大中华区的总裁聊了下，那人背景牛极了，家里是学术世家，我一提到Delaware Univ他就皱眉了，说不是个好选择。他不知道那个specific Program，但是Generally Delaware Univ 不是什么太好的学校。
楼主再查查吧！
还有有谁知道 MSU ASU 和IUB 出结果了吗，一点声都没有，我急死了

我给小秘发了信，他回复我如下
Thank you for applying to our graduate program. Your application for admission was accepted and you should receive an official admission letter from the Graduate Studies Office shortly. We have not made decisions yet concerning financial aid. We should be able to let you know by sometime in April whether or not we will be able to offer you any aid. However, you should know that we have limited aid awards, and any aid that we would be able to offer to you would not pay all of your tuition costs or any of your living expenses.
Thank you again for your interest in our program. We hope you can obtain the funds to join our program in the fall. Please let us know if you have any questions or problems.
