发现写到后来容易跑题，其实这个题目我理解的也不是很懂，我经常会犯这种毛病，文章想写的深一点，但往往会跑题， 
语言也不行，欢迎指正各种错误,诚心求教。

By judging the current society, I find thatit is quite interesting as the statement goes: the leading voice tries to get hearddue to the desire to get noticed as different rather than from one's ownconviction. Although at first I try to deny this assertion, the fact that our busymessy life force me to concede the assertion, which in my observation will becounterproductive to the whole well-being of the society even inhibit theadvancement of the whole human beings.
 
To begin with, I have to present the factthat it is indeed the situation that more and more people simply try to gettheir voice heard and hastily differ from others due to the desire to benoticed. For supporting examples, we need look no further than the adolescentwho are regard as the most vigorous to against conformism. In their view, thebest way to present them self is to try to get noticed and so that try to bedifferent with the majority seems to be a universal approach for those seekers.Meanwhile, when it comes to the whole society, the situation seems to remainthe same: politician try their best to be exposed on all kinds of media, forthe reason that the more they get exposed the more possibility that he will getelected and promoted as he showed a good exposure to the public; Even some researcherswho are required to be impartial in their field of research and required togive evenhanded opinion, however under some circumstance, they are motivated tooffer different opinion in order to gain fame. These situations are so commonin today's social life that people seems place too much emphasis on fame orsimply for individuals own interests.
 
However, if a society wants to survive andthrive, we need to encourage a proper attitude toward fame, money, interestsand so forth.
We have to make our voiceheard for the sake of our own conviction. If a society is motivated only by itsdesire, we cannot conceive any further development of such desire-promotedsociety in the future. Indeed, only from the conviction can one be firm enoughto make a convincing statement and welcome to be challenged from every aspect.We need to have conviction as our gauge to tell us the truth from thesuperficial facts. Without conviction left with desire, the whole development ofhuman will be inhibit and undue disorder will be emerged as a result.
 
In addition, we have to appreciate thosewho give different opinion with his conviction. In this case, they will need tobe careful enough to test all possibility outcomes. Even some times, they haveto challenge themselves and draw some conclusion against their own previousresearch work. Human knowledge is advanced through such routine. On the contrary,these who without strong conviction in what they are pursuing cannot makeprofound voice heard in human history.
We need different opinion to challenge ourown theory so that a more comprehensive theory will be reached.
 
To sum up, we have confronted with the factthat people instinctly wants to gain fame and lots of profit from what they aredoing. And the simplest way is to be noticed as different. However, we have tochange desire-motivated to conviction-motivated. And only with strong conviction,will a man make the right choice and have the world heard his voice.
