我用软件卡时间写的，写完以后觉得好像跑题了，更令我崩溃的是我再读题目都读不懂了:mad: 。麻烦各位大虾给我指点一下！
It seems that mass public's general benefits do deserve the privilege to get settled at first in any researches and so in political and education and science, which are all prominent areas in daily lives, professionals try their best to solve the problem and set the future goal in accordance to the general good. However, due to certain specific characters of many areas, such kind of prerequisite are sometimes not so desiring and satisfying to achieve the anticipated results.

Admittedly, in politics, any government and its leader is, to great extent, being evaluated by how much they care about its people and what they did to improve the conditions of the majority of people and still further, how well they can well balance the interests of different groups and reach the final goal to increase living standard of general public. For example, the current American President Barack Obama tried very hard to reform the notorious health care system which has left generations of poor American families out the any protection of health cares for so many years. And although these reform proposals have aroused huge debate between different political parties and the President was confronted great pressure to move forward, the general public demonstrated overwhelming support to the forthcoming reforms and just as the President addressed "We can not give up when we are so close!" Since it is necessary and justified to make systematic changes to the unfair and even to some extent inhumane health care to ensure the safety of the majority of people and also thanks to the leader's iron determination and efficient methods, the reform has gained stages success.

Further more, in education, the primary goal of any research is expected to facilitate more students to accept premium education and better prepare them for the future lives. Well, the research of courses reform in China is a case in point. For many years, there are so many complaints about the drab and inefficient education of Chinese primary and middle school education whereas at the same time, in most advanced areas, educators are claiming that they need to better qualified their students for them to meet the international requirements of the intellectuals. However, although the latter problem seems to catch more attention since it is in line with the fast-pace of developing and modernization of China while the former problem is more urgent to get solved and as a matter of fact, it relates to more students. In order benefit more students and to ensure them that they could get satisfying education in the obligatory education years, the central education ministry attach greater importance to solve the first problem and due to such insightful tactics, right now, millions of young school children can get better education than their previous counterparts did.

However, in science, once an area was regarded to be most responsible for the benefits of majority of people, there are some cases that might go beyond the limitation of this research priorities criterion, which is largely due to the specific character of science researches. As a common sense, science is the subject that explore the unknown world and so even if people hold the sacred goal to contribute to the human being as a whole, there might be some unpredictable disasters of certain science researches. While quite contrarily, some scientific research which are just out of the pure interest of the scientists turn out to be the most beneficial improvement for the most people. Consequently, the research priority in science should be based on many other complicated factors other than the mere good wish that many people's lives would be improved.
